Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Abnormal Lipid Metabolism Of Adolescent Obesity Type PCOS By Clearing Stomach Heat And Removing Dampness Of Spleen

Objective: By observing the method of clearing stomach heat and removing dampness of spleen fuel puberty PCOS patients with abnormal lipid metabolism before and after treatment of BMI,WHR,serum sex hormone and lipid metabolism related indicators,hairy grade,acne,acanthosis nigricans score,BBT score,the ultrasound ovarian PCOM score,the change of TCM syndrome integral,in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of this law,It provides reference for clinical application.Methods: A clinical observation study was conducted on 40 patients with abnormal lipid metabolism in adolescent obese PCOS who met the diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria of this research.They were given oral treatment of Tiaojing Huazhuo Decoction for 3 months,and their BMI and WHR before and after treatment were observed.,Serum sex hormones LH,LH/FSH,T and lipid metabolism-related indexes TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,hirsutism score,acne score,acanthosis nigricans score,BBT,ovarian PCOM score under ultrasound,changes in TCM symptom score.Corresponding database was established,and statistical methods were used for evaluation.Results: The BMI and WHR after 3 months of treatment by the method of clearing stomach heat and removing dampness of spleen were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in LH compared with before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant LH/FSH and T were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);TC,TG,and LDL-C were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P > 0.05).There was statistical significance(P <0.05);HDL-C was significantly higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);there was no significant difference in hirsutism score and acanthosis nigrican score compared with before treatment,and the difference was not significant.Statistical significance(P > 0.05);Acne score was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);BBT score was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);PCOM score Compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the TCM syndrome score was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The total effective rate was 94.1% in the evaluation of TCM Syndrome Curative Effect and Comprehensive Curative Effect.Conclusion:1.The method of clearing stomach heat and removing dampness of spleen in the treatment of abnormal lipid metabolism in adolescent obese PCOS has a significant effect,and the related symptoms of stomach heat and dampness obstruction syndrome have been significantly relieved.The indexes of abnormal lipid metabolism in the patients also improved significantly.In addition,this method also has a certain positive effect on the improvement of acne,sex hormone indicators,BBT,etc.2.The self-made prescription for regulating meridians and turbidity formulated by the method of clearing stomach heat and removing dampness of spleen has no adverse reactions and toxic side effects in clinical application,and is safe and reliable,and is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
