Clinical Observation Of Tiaochongxiaocuo Decoction Combined With Fire Needle In The Treatment Of Acne With Disharmony Of Thoroughfare And Conception Vessels

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaochongxiaocuo decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of acne with disharmony of thoroughfare and conception vessels.Methods:Through the inclusion criteria,72 outpatients were screened,numbered sequentially according to the order of patient visits,and the patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral treatment of Tiaochongxiaocuo decoction combined with fire needle,and the control group was given tanshinone capsules orally for a total of 8 weeks.On days 0±2,14±2,28±2,and respectively lesion points were recorded at 56±2 days.On days 0±2 and 56±2 of treatment,the TCM syndrome score and quality of life score were recorded.The level of sex hormones(T,E2)in peripheral blood is measured before and after treatment.On the 56±2nd day,the efficacy of the two groups after treatment was judged according to the efficacy index,and the safety of the two treatments was evaluated based on the adverse reactions and security metrics.Outcome:1.The scores of skin lesions,TCM syndrome and quality of life after treatment were improved in the two groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05);The improvement of skin lesion scores,TCM syndrome scores and quality of life scores in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,E2 levels increased,T levels and T/E2 decreased,which were significantly reduced between the two groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);The improvement of T level,E2 level and T/E2 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the overall response rate of the treatment group was 94.1%,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.4%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tiaochongxiaocuo decoction combined with fire needle can improve the skin lesion score,TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of patients with acne with disharmony of thoroughfare and conception vessels.2.Tiaochongxiaocuo decoction combined with fire needle can regulate the level of sex hormones in patients with acne with disharmony of thoroughfare and conception vessels,so that T level decreases,E2 level increases,and T/E2 decreases.3.Tiaochongxiaocuo decoction combined with fire needle is a safe and effective way to treat acne with disharmony of thoroughfare and conception vessels.
