| Objective:Observation of Chinese medicine decoction combined with fire needle for treatment of cystic acne (phlegm and blood stasis type) clinical curative effect.Methods:Using a randomized controlled method, will meet the inclusion criteria of 80 cases of cystic acne (phlegm and blood stasis type) were random divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture method ", the control group was given oral" Xihuang Capsules ". Two groups of patients with curative effect judgment time for 8 weeks. Before treatment and treatment of the 2,4 and 8 weeks respectively according to the patients with lesions of objective indicators and subjective TCM syndrome score according to the integral improvement of comprehensive evaluation, adverse reaction during the treatment period were calculated. Accordingly, on traditional Chinese medicine decoction and acupuncture combined with method of overall curative effect and the safety was assessed.Results:1.After 8 weeks of treatment, with skin lesions score improvement degree as the evaluation index, the treatment group, the clinical cure 4 cases, 26 cases markedly effective, effective in 6 cases, invalid in 2 cases, the total effective rate of 94.74%; in the control group, the clinical cure in 2 cases,17 cases were markedly effective, effective in 12 cases, invalid 5 cases, efficiency 86.11%, two groups of phase difference compared with statistical significance (P<0.05).2.After 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01) in the improvement of subjective TCM syndrome score.Conclusions:1.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with fire needle can effectively improve cystic acne (phlegm and blood stasis type) before and after treatment of symptoms;2.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of cystic acne (phlegm and blood stasis type) a safe and effective method. |
