Observation On The Curative Effect Of Fire Neddle Combined With Chinese Herbal Decoction On Acne Vulgaris

Objective:This clinical observation discusses the clinical feasibility and curative effect of fire needle combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne vulgaris,and brings a new treatment method for the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:Sixty patients with acne that met the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was fire needle combined with Qingre Qucuo Decoction,and the control group was tretinoin cream combined with Qingre Qucuo Decoction.The treatment time for both groups was 4 week.Take the pre-treatment and the 2nd and 4th week as the observation points and observe the acne comprehensive grading system score and the TCM syndrome score.According to the improvement of the points,determine the efficacy and observe the changes of TCM syndrome before and after treatment.There were 30 cases in the final treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The collected data were statistically analyzed with SPSS22.0.Results:(1)Analysis of skin lesions:At the 2nd week after treatment,P>0.05,which was not statistically significant;at the 4th week,after analyzing the score before and after treatment,the P<0.05,indicating The treatment plan was better than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of curative effects:At week 2,the treatment group had a significant healing rate of 16.7%and the control group had a significant healing rate of 6.7%.At the fourth week,the cure rate was 88%in the treatment group and 30%in the control group.After analysis,the difference between the two groups was not significant in the second week,but in the fourth week,there was a significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups,indicating that the treatment group has a better therapeutic effect.(4)Comparison of TCM Syndromes:The TCM syndromes of both groups were improved,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of skin lesion color and the degree of swelling and pain.Conclusion:Fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine brings a treatment scheme with small side effects,good curative effect,low cost and convenient operation for the treatment of acne vulgaris,which is worthy of being researched and discussed by scholars and widely used in clinic.
