Clinical Observation On Acne Treatment By Eliminating Acne And Detoxication Decoction Combined With Fire Acupuncture

Objective By observing the differences in the treatment of patients with acne lesions and syndrome scores,the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of lung and stomach acne were evaluated.Methods The 92 patients in this experiment were from the dermatology clinic of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to January 2019.92 patients were grouped by random number table,30 cases of tanshinone group and 30 cases of Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction group.For example,32 cases of Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction combined with fire acupuncture treatment group.Tanshinone group: oral tanshinone capsules,4 capsules/time,3 times/day for 4 weeks;Xiaozhi Jiedu Decoction group: silver flower 12 g,forsythia 12 g,astragalus 9g,berberine 6g,cork 12 g,Ophiopogon12g,Zhimu 9g,raw gypsum 30 g,salvia miltiorrhiza 30 g,coix seed 30 g,raw hawthorn 30 g,Prunella vulgaris 15 g,saponin 15 g,Chinese medicine using Shanxi Province preparation pharmacy granules,one dose per day,boiled water 200 ml,one in the morning and evening on an empty stomach,treatment : 7 days for 1 course,4 courses for continuous treatment;Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction combined with fire needle group,treatment course: 7 days for 1course,continuous treatment for 4 courses;according to "Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Drugs in Traditional Chinese Medicine(Trial)" The lesions of the three groups were scored before and after treatment.Results In this experiment,2 cases of shedding cases were combined with acupuncture and medicine.The statistical results of the Chinese medicine group showed that the three groups of skin lesions and syndrome scores were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01).The three groups of treatment methods had different degrees of improvement on the lesions and syndrome manifestations of acne.After 4 weeks of treatment,8 patients with Jieyu Jiedu Decoction combined with fire needle group recovered,15 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90%.In the Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction group,3 cases were cured and 12 cases were markedly effective.10 cases,5 cases were ineffective,the total clinical effective rate was 83.3%,1 case was cured in the tanshinone group,6 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,and the total clinical effective rate was 70%.There were statistics in the three groups.Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion After 1 month of treatment,compared with the Tanshinone group and Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction group,the total effective rate of Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction combined with fire needle group was higher than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant;this study confirmed the combination of fire needle and Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction Pulmonary and stomach-heating acne is effective and worthy of clinical application.
