ObjectiveBy observing the changes of clinical symptoms and quality of life of Qidong Bufei Decoction in the treatment of stage I non-small cell lung cancer patients with Qi and Yin deficiency after operation,the clinical efficacy of Qidong Bufei Decoction were verified as the research basis for promoting the application of this prescription.MethodsPatients in this study were selected based on a previous randomized controlled double-blind trial of 120 patients,including 69 patients with Qi and Yin deficiency after operation of early non-small cell lung cancer.The experimental group was given Qidong Bufei Decoction,and the control group was given placebo.The course of treatment was 1 month.The efficacy of Qidong Bufei Decoction in improving symptoms of patients with Qi and Yin deficiency after operation of stage I non-small cell lung cancer was evaluated by comparing TCM syndrome score,Lester cough scale score and card activity score between the experimental group and the control group.Results①Taking TCM syndrome score as the main observation index,the total effective rate was 88.57%in the experimental group and 67.65%in the control group,indicating that Qidong Bufei Decoction had better effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients with Qi and Yin deficiency after early non-small cell lung cancer surgery than the control group(P<0.05)can accelerate the recovery process of patients.In terms of main symptoms,the improvement degree of shortness of breath in patients with Qi-Yin deficiency in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01),dry mouth,fatigue symptoms were also statistically different(P<0.05),cough symptom of patients over 60 years old after taking Qidong Bufei Decoction was more obvious(P<0.05);In terms of secondary symptoms,symptoms of upset improved more significantly(P<0.05).②In terms of cough symptoms,Qidong Bufei Decoction has more therapeutic advantages in the psychological area of cough(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between physiological area and social area(P>0.05).③In terms of quality of life score,the improvement rate of KPS in patients taking Qidong Bufei Decoction was 85.72%and 58.82%in the control group,and the improvement of quality of life score in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionEarly postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome will gradually rehabilitation and improve,but the clinical symptoms will persistent existence,Qidong Bufei Decoction as designed side of early postoperative patients with lung cancer,for "early" "non-small cell lung cancer" node"after" the three treatment under the cover of pathogenesis characteristic set,Its therapeutic targets are not limited to a certain symptoms,but starting from the concept of coordination of Yin and Yang,improve the characteristics of patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndromes,also can alleviate postoperative patients with common symptoms such as shortness of breath,thirst,improving the quality of early postoperative survival in patients with lung cancer,regulating organs overall function,speeding up the healing process.
