Clinical Observation Of Bufei Xiaoliu Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With Lung Stagnation And Phlegm Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of bufei xiao liu decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with lung stagnation and phlegm stasis.Methods: 80 patients with advanced NSCLC who were screened from the department of hematology oncology,the first affiliated hospital of henan university of Chinese medicine,and the second ward of the third affiliated hospital of henan university of Chinese medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles of treatment.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome points,KPS scores,lesion size,blood routine,liver and kidney function,toxic and side effects were recorded,and spass21.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.Comparison of general basic data: there was no statistical difference between the two groups in gender,age,pathological type,tumor stage and other basic data(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparing the short-term efficacy of solid tumors,the ORR and DCR of the treatment group after 2 cycles of treatment were 12.5% and 82.5% respectively.In the control group,ORR was 10% and DCR was 75%.ORR and DCR of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Compared with TCM syndrome points,syndrome points of the two groups both decreased after treatment,but the points of the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group was 45%,and that in the control group was 30%.The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Compared with the control group,the KPS score in the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 45%,and that of the control group was 20%,higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparing the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy between the two groups,the cases of WBC and nausea and vomiting in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences in WBC were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the incidence of nausea and vomiting was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of HB and PLT;ALT and AST;According to rank sum test,Cr and BUN showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: compared with chemotherapy alone,bufei xiaoma decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce bone marrow suppression,reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,and improve the efficacy of chemotherapy.
