Clinical Study On Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Moxibustion At Guanyuan Point On Immune Function Of Patients With Chronic Prostatitis

Objective: To observe the effectiveness of acupuncture combined with moxibustion Guanyuan point and ordinary acupuncture in treating chronic prostatitis.Methods: 60 patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into two groups,respectively receiving ordinary acupuncture treatment and acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment,each treatment course of 2 courses,a course of 5 days,recorded before treatment and 10 days after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the patients was evaluated by using the NIH-CPSI(SDS)(SAS)rating scale.At the same time,the changes of Ig A,Ig G and Ig M levels of immunoglobulin before treatment and 10 days after treatment were detected to compare the efficacy of the two methods on chronic prostatitis.Results :(1)Comparison of NIH-CPSI score: After treatment,the score of the two groups decreased,and the treatment group decreased more,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of SAS scores: Before comparative treatment,the scores of both groups were decreased,and the reduction of the treatment group was large,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(3)Comparison of SDS scores: Before comparative treatment,the total scores of both groups were decreased,and the reduction of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(4)Comparison of effective rate: After two courses of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)Comparison of immunoglobulin counts: Ig A,Ig G and Ig M counts in the treatment group were lower after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion: Both kinds of therapy are effective in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Acupuncture combined with moxibustion Guanyuan point in the treatment of chronic prostatitis has better clinical efficacy than ordinary acupuncture,which can better improve patient satisfaction and clinical effect.
