Chronic Prostatitis Acupuncture Fully Evaluated Together Effect

Objective: In this study,patients with chronic prostatitis were selected as subjects to evaluate the improvement of symptoms and erectile function of patients with chronic prostatitis by acupuncture,and the changes of symptoms after treatment and follow-up period,so as to provide a simple and applicable acupuncture treatment scheme for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: As a child object of the present study,52 patients included,according to the central random stochastic system,one case of falling,the effective 51 cases,24 cases meridian acupuncture group,non-acupoint shallow puncture 27 cases.Meridian acupuncture group selected Shenshu,Zhongliao,perineal,Sanyinjiao acupuncture needle for 30 minutes,every 10 minutes line pin 1,a total of three times.Non-acupoint group with 1 inch shallow puncture needle piercing 2-3mm,not to mention plug twisting tactics,needle for 30 minutes,not technique.The first 4 weeks,every other day,three times a week,twice a week for 4 weeks,a total of 20 times.Were recorded 1-8 week treatment period and follow-up of patients 20,32 weeks of NIH-CPSI,4 and 8 weeks of treatment and follow-up of 20,32 and the periphery of the IPSS IIEF-5,and the follow-up treatment of adverse reactions It happens,and statistical data and analysis.Results:1.National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom integral index:Compared with the baseline period,the differences in the test group at weeks 4,5,6,7,and 8 were statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the patients in the test group improved significantly from week 4.Compared with the baseline period in the 6th,7th and 8th week of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the control group had significantly improved symptoms from the 6th week.The difference between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment compared with the baseline period was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that acupuncture can effectively improve the patient’s chronic prostatitis symptom index;the follow-up period of the two groups at 20 and 32 weeks was compared with the baseline period.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the two groups were still effective during the follow-up period;the scores of the two groups during the follow-up period of 20 and 32 weeks were statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the follow-up Although both groups rebounded,the long-term efficacy of the experimental group was more sustained.2.International prostate symptom score : The difference between the two groups after treatment and the baseline period was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the prostate symptoms of the two groups of patients improved after treatment;the difference between the two groups during the follow-up period of 20 and 32 weeks compared with the baseline period It was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the two groups were still effective during the follow-up period.3.Intemational Index of Erectile Function 5:Compared with the baseline period,the test group had statistical significance(p<0.05),and the international erectile function score increased compared with before treatment;the control group had no statistically significant difference compared with the baseline period(p>0.05),It shows that the treatment of the control group has no obvious effect on improving erectile function.4.Evaluation of the incidence of adverse reactions: There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(p> 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture can effectively improve pelvic floor pain,urination symptoms and erectile function in patients with chronic prostatitis,and has different degrees of long-term efficacy.2.Therapeutic effect of acupuncture meridian group than non-acupoint group shallow puncture,and safe.
