Clinical Study Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding In The Treatment Of Depression After Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis

Objective: Clinical trials were conducted to investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis post depression.Objective to explore the rational treatment of depression after chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.Methods : According to the random number table method(1:1),the 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into the embedding group(30 cases)and the acupuncture group(30 cases).Buried quad USES the acupuncture point bury line therapy,acupuncture points taken:will,god in the court,through to the bone,waterway through return(bilateral),guan yuan,foot three mile(unilateral),three vaginal intercourse(unilateral),too creek(unilateral),lr 3 through yongquan(unilateral),embedded wire once every 1 weeks,unilateral acupoints find alternately,4 weeks for a period of treatment,treatment of two period of treatment;Acupuncture group and embedding group were consistent in point selection,acupuncture 6 times a week,rest for 1 day,the course of treatment was consistent with embedding group.Prior to the trial,general data(age,course of disease)of the patients were compared to confirm the comparability of the two groups.To observe the changes of nih-cpsi score(chronic prostatitis index),SAS(anxiety self-rating scale)and SDS score(depression self-rating scale)before and after treatment.Results:2 cases were lost during the study,and 30 cases in acupoint embedding group and 28 cases in acupuncture group were included in the statistics.After treatment,7 cases were cured,13 cases were effective,8 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the acupuncture group,4 cases were cured,6 cases showed obvious effect,12 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 78.57%.The acupuncture point embedding group was superior to the acupuncture group(P<0.05).The scores of both groups improved after treatment(P<0.01).The improvement of CPSI score,anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale in acupoint embedding group was better than that in acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupoint catgut embedding and common acupuncture can effectively improve thecondition of patients with depression after chronic prostatitis,and the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding on depression after chronic prostatitis is better than that of common acupuncture.2.Acupoint catch-embedding method has a significant therapeutic effect in improving the symptom score,clinical symptoms and alleviating depression after chronic prostatitis.3.It provides a new method for the clinical treatment of depression after chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.
