| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of milli-fire acupuncture in the treatment of venous ulcers of the lower extremities(damp-heat-infused type),and to observe the graded quantitative scores of trauma condition, trauma area and peri-temperature changes in the two groups before and after the experiment,so as to provide new options for the external treatment of venous ulcers of the lower extremities in Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with venous ulcers of the lower extremities(damp-heat-infused type)who were admitted to the Department of Peripheral Vascular Disease of the Second Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to January 2023 and met the inclusion criteria were selected.According to the random number table method, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, with 34 cases in each group,of which one case was shed in the treatment group and one case in the observation group. The control group was given general basic treatment: improvement of venous reflux, oral medication and conventional surgical debridement and pressure treatment once a day for 7 days, two courses of treatment. In the treatment group, the ulcer surface was punctured with milli-fire needles once every other day for 7 days for two courses of treatment. The changes in the graded quantitative scores of trauma condition, trauma area and peri-trauma temperature were observed before and after treatment in both groups.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical processing to derive the study results.Result:1.Basic data: General basic information of the two groups of cases was analyzed, and there was no statistical difference in gender, age, and disease duration(P>0.05).2.Observation indexes : Comparing the graded quantitative scores of trauma condition of the two groups after 14 days of treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing the quantitative single points of trauma condition grading before and after treatment between the two groups. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing the sore surface area and peri-sore temperature of the two groups of patients after 14 days of treatment.3.Total clinical efficiency : After two courses of treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group was 84.85%,and the total efficiency of the control group was 78.79%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Safety evaluation : During and after the treatment,no skin sensitive irritation or other discomfort symptoms such as rash and itching occurred in both groups.Conclusion:1.Milli-fire acupuncture has a good effect on the wound healing of venous ulcers of the lower limbs(damp-heat infiltration type),which can reduce edema of the lower limbs, improve sensory abnormalities, maintain the good shape of granulation, reduce the amount of exudate and relieve pain.2.The milli-fire needle can effectively reduce the area of the sore surface and promote the healing of the sore surface. |
