Efficay Observation On Quanxieruangao In Treating Lowerlimb Venous Ulcer With Damp Heat Type

Objective:The observation of Quanxieruangao topical venous ulcer of lower extremities(damp heat type)wound area,patients with ulcer surface exudates,wound bacteria detection rate and the change of TCM symptoms,to prove that the Quanxieruangao’s topical treatment of venous ulcer(damp heat type)clinical effect.Methods:87 cases venous ulcer(damp heat type)patients up to standard were randomly divided into treatment group(43cases)and control group(44cases)according to the time sequence of the patients coming to outpatient.The treatment group 3 cases were lost and 4 in the control group.Two groups of each group of 40 cases.The treatment group was given the basic treatment,the wound was coated with Quanxieruangao;the control group received basic treatment and the wound was smeared with Erythromycin Ointment.One month of treatment(a course).Observe two groups of patients’ wound areas,ulcer surface exudates and TCM syndrome integral change well,before and after the treatment of wound bacteria detection rates,and the test data for statistical analysis.Results:1.After a course of treatment,compare the score of the two groups of patients with TCM syndrome,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.After a course of treatment,two groups of patients with ulcer area and the ulcer surface exudates were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.After a course of treatment,compare the wound bacteria detection rate of two groups of patients,the treatment group wound bacteria detection rate was 6 cases,the control group wound bacteria detection rate was 15 cases,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);4.After a course of treatment,compare clinical efficiency of the two groups of patients,the treatment group’s total clinical efficacy rate was 97.50%,the control group’s total clinical efficacy rate was 87.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Quanxieruangao can improve venous ulcer of lower extremities(damp heat type)patients’ symptoms.2.In the treatment of venous ulcer(damp heat type),Quanxieruangao has the advantages of reducing the wound area,reducing the ulcer surface exudate and improving wound healing rate.3.Quanxieruangao can inhibit wound bacteria growth of venous ulcer of lower extremities(damp heat type).
