| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture with different waveforms in the treatment of post-stroke depression,to provide a clinical diagnosis and treatment scheme, and to provide a new idea for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods:The 75 patients with post-stroke depression were divided into test group 1,test group 2 and control group according to the random number table method,25 patients in each group were given symptomatic treatment and basic acupuncture treatment, the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture without electro-acupuncture;test group 1 was treated with continuous wave(frequency of 2Hz)on the basis of control group, one group of electro-acupuncture was given to B aihui-Indang and Neiguan-Shenmen;test group 2 was treated with sparse wave(frequency of 2/100Hz)on the basis of test group 1.Test group 2 was treated with sparse and dense waves(frequency of 2/100Hz)on the basis of test group 1.Each treatment was performed for 30 min,1 time/day,5 times/week,for a total of 4 weeks. The HAMD score,NIHSS score and modified Barthel index score(MBI)of the three groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment, and the recorded clinical scores of the three groups were compared and all data were statistically analyzed using statistical methods.Results:1.Compared with the pre-treatment period, the gender, age, disease duration,BMI,HAMD,NIHSS,and MBI scores of the three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.HAMD and NIHSS scale scores:after the end of treatment, the HAMD and NIHSS scores of the three groups were reduced, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HAMD scores and NIHSS scores of the three groups:test group 2<test group 1<control group.3.MBI scale scores:after the end of treatment, the MBI scores of all three groups increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the MBI scores of the three groups:control group<test group 2 and test group 1.4.The total effective rate was 83.3%in test group 1,9 6.0%in test group 2,and 62.5%in the control group, with significant differences and statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both acupuncture alone and acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture improved post-stroke depression in patients.2.Electroacupuncture can be used as a complementary treatment modality to acupuncture for post-stroke depression.3.Compared with continuous wave and simple acupuncture, sparse wave was more effective in improving post-stroke depression in stroke patients. |
