The Clinical Effects Study Of Electric Acupuncture With Dilatational Wave Compared With Dense Wave To Simple Obesity

Objective:People not only pay attention to the health in modern society, but also more care about beauty, especially the modern female, so nowadays more and more people focus on simple obesity. In this study, we use randomized controlled trials to compare electric acupuncture with dilatational wave with dense wave, to evaluation which wave is more effective to simple obesity. Based on this research results, we summarise a method using electric acupuncture to simple obesity.Methods:1. Grouping method:using SPSS17.0in random sequence generation module participants will be divided into two groups:(1) electric acupuncture with dilatational wave (treatment group),30cases;(2) electric acupuncture with dense wave group (control group),30cases.2. The experimental steps:(1) we choose the patients according to the inclusion criteria, exclusion.(2) to collect the patients’basic data, such as gender, age, height, weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, etc. Then record the date detailed.(3) at the same time give Chinese dialectical type. Can be divided into the phlegmy wet network type, stomch heat, stagnation of liver qi, Yang deficiency with spleen and kidney.(reference from the book named acupuncture and moxibustion theraphy)(4) according to the patient’s chinese dialectical type using the aupoints to treat simple obesity. 3. Treatment group:①aupoints:CV12, CV9, ST25, SP15, LI11, TE6, ST44, ST40, ST37, SP6, SP9.②aupoints according chinese dialectical type:phlegmy wet network type add PC6, ST36. stomch heat add LI4. stagnation of liver qi add HT7, LR3. Yang deficiency with spleen and kidney add CV6, BL20, BL23, ST36.③the operation:the patient stay recumbent position, use the Φ0.32x25mm or40mm acupuncture needle which is made by suzhou Medical apparatus and instruments factory,75%alcohol routine disinfection the points, needling fast into the points, twisting the needles until the patients have qi, then connect electric acupuncture machine G6805-2with dilatational wave and with the frequency of2Hz/100Hz, the current strength depend on patient’s tolerance degree, retaining the needle for30min.④do it once every other day,10times for one period. Rest for one week after the first period, then do the second period. We totally do two periods.Control group:the electric acupuncture using dense wave, the frequency is100Hz; the aupoints, position, retaining time, period of treatment are all the same with the treatment group, wave,, the rest of the operation and the treatment group.4. outcome measures(1) The general clinical data records:name, gender, age, weight, diagnosis, chinese dialectical type, etc.(2) To record the patients fatigue score, sweating, sleep, tongue veins, height, weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, etc.(3) To record the patients’ weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-to-hip after the first period.(4) To record the patients’ weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-to-hip after the second period.5. Curative effect evaluationCurative effect evaluation is reference from the standard diagnosis of simple obesity and therapeutic effect evaluation, Cure:the weight back to normal range after treatment; Valid:the weight reduce10%than before; Effective:the weight reduce between1%and10%; Invalid:the weight reduce less than1%or have no change.Results: 1. The comparison of the patient’s gender, age, height, TCM syndrome type between the groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), with gender, age, the comparison of and so on, there was no statistically significant difference between the groups (P>0.05), comparable between the groups.2. The comparison of the two groups the patient’s weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference between the groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), comparable between the groups.3. After the first period, two group’s weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference are all have change, extent difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. After the first period, compare with control group, the treament group’s weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference have no statistical significance (P>0.05).5. After the second period, two group’s weight、BMI、waist circumference, hip circumference are all have change, extent difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6. After the second period, compare with control group, the treament group’s weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference extent difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).7. After the second period, the treatment group’s the curative effect was96.67%, the control group’s the curative effect was93.1%.Conclusion:This study showed that the electric acupuntrue have collect effect to simple obesity. After the first period, compare with this two group, the patients’weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference have no statistical significance (P>0.05). After the second period, compare with control group, the treament group’s weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference extent difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
