Clinical Study On Teating The Syndrome Of Exuberance Of Both Lung And Stomach Heat Of The Acute Purulent Tonsillitis Of Children With The Main Method Of Clearing Lung Heat, Cooling Stomach, Removing Toxicity And Relieving Sore Throat

Objective:To evaluate advantages and feasibilitys of the treatment of clearing lung heat, cooling stomach, removing toxicity and relieving sore throat in treating the syndrome of exuberance of both lung and stomach heat of the acute purulent tonsillitis of children.To provide feasibility of effective treatment and diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of children with acute purulent tonsillitis.Methods:60cases that met the acute purulent tonsillitis were selected. All subjects were divided randomly into two groups. Control group (30cases)and experimental group (30cases).Control group was infused the injectable cefathiamidine.Experimental group was treated with the method of clearing lung heat,cooling stomach, removing toxicity and relieving sore throat treatment and infused the injectable cefathiamidine. Symptomatic treatments with western medicine were gaved to both groups. In this study, we use spss to make statistical anlylsis.Results:The main symptoms compared before and after treatment in one group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in ether group. The treatments of two groups can improve significantly the main symptoms of children with acute purulent tonsillitis; The difference of the two groups in improving the major symptoms after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group; In improving the secondary symptoms like fever, cough, thirst, stool, tongue, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group. In improving the irritability, the experimental group and control group no significant difference (P>0.05).The difference between the major symptom scores,sub-syndrome scores and total score in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group. The difference between synthetic effect in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than he control group.Conclusion:The treatment of clearing lung heat, cooling stomach, removing toxicity and relieving sore throat in treating the syndrome of exuberance of both lung and stomach heat of the acute purulent tonsillitis of children is feasibility and effectiveness in composite curative effective is superior to the Treatment with cefathiamidine for injection alone therapy in improving the tonsil congestive swelling, purulent tonsils, sore throat and other aspects of the main symptoms and the fever, cough, thirst, stool, tongue and other minor symptoms.
