Clinical Observation Of Oral Qingfei Xiaocuo Decoction Combined With Minocycline In The Treatment Of Acne Of Wind-heat Type On Lung Meridian

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of oral Qingfei Xiaocuo Decoction combined with minocycline in the treatment of acne of wind-heat type in lung meridian.By comparing the aspects of Global Acne Grading System score(GAGS),TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,the efficacy and advantages of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acne of wind-heat type in lung meridian were analyzed,in order to find more effective treatment methods.Methods:A total of seventy patients with acne of wind-heat type in lung meridian were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with oral modified Qingfei Xiaocuo Decoction combined with minocycline capsules,topical benzoyl peroxide gel;the control group were treated with oral minocycline capsules and topical benzoyl peroxide gel.A total of 4 weeks of treatment were conducted.Patients were scored on acne lesions and TCM syndrome scores before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated after treatment of 4 weeks.This study used SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The two groups of GAGS score,TCM syndrome score of patients were compared before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment.No significant differences(P>0.05)between two groups before treatment,and there were statistical significance differences(P<0.05)after 2weeks and 4 weeks of treatment.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,when comparing the skin lesion efficacy,it had a significant difference(P<0.05),the effective rate in the treatment group was 88.57%,and the effective rate in the control group was 71.43%.3.After 4 weeks of treatment,when comparing the TCM syndrome,the efficacy had a significant difference(P<0.05),the effective rate in the treatment group was 82.86%,and that of the control group was 65.71%.Conclusion:1.In terms of improving the skin lesions and TCM symptoms,the efficacy of Qingfei Xiaocuo Decoction combined with minocycline in treating acne of wind-heat type in the lung meridian is better than that of the control group.2.The treatment method of Qingfei Xiaocuo Decoction combined with minocycline capsules has low adverse reactions,good safety,and worthy of clinical application.
