Clinical Observation Of Qingfei Yucuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Acne (Wind-heat Syndrome Of Lung Meridian)

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qingfei Yucuo Decoction on acne(wind-heat syndrome of lung meridian).Method:80 patients with acne of lung meridian wind-heat type from January 2017 to January 2019 in dermatology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Qingfei Yucuo Decoction orally.The control group was given Compound Pearl Acne Capsule orally.The symptoms were compared before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment for skin lesion degree(skin lesion morphology,number of skin lesions,skin lesion area,degree of inflammation),seborrhea,and TCM syndromes.All data were analyzed by IBM SPSS 21.0software.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no difference in the scores of symptoms and the total scores of symptoms between the two groups.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in skin lesion morphology and inflammation degree.There were differences in the number of lesions,lesion area,seborrhea,TCM syndromes and total score of symptoms between the two groups.The scores of symptoms and total scores of symptoms in the treatment group were different from those before treatment.There was no difference in the number of lesions,seborrhea,lesion shape,lesion area,inflammation degree,TCM syndromes and total score of symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment.3.After 4 weeks of treatment,there were differences in symptom scores and total symptom scores between the two groups.There were differences in symptom scores and total symptom scores between the two groups before andafter treatment.4.The total effective rate was 92.11% in the treatment group and 72.22%in the control group.There were differences between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Qingfei Yucuo Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of acne(wind-heat syndrome of lung meridian).2.The curative effect of Qingfei Yucuo Decoction on acne(wind-heat syndrome of lung meridian)is better than that of Compound Pearl Acne Capsule.
