Clinical Observation Of Huanyan Xiaocuo Formula Combined With Jiedu Xiaozhong Powder In The Treatment Of Acne Vulgarise

Objective:Through the comparative observation of Huanyan Xiaocuo formula combined with Jiedu Xiaozhong powder,Huanyan Xiaocuo formula alone and oral administration of conventional Chinese patent medicine,to evaluate its clinical effect on lung meridian wind heat acne vulgaris.Methods:In this study,108 patients with acne vulgaris with syndrome differentiation of lung meridian wind heat syndrome were selected.The above patients were randomly divided into three groups:the combined treatment group treated with Huanyan Xiaocuo formula combined with external medication,the single drug treatment group treated with Huanyan Xiaocuo formula,and the control group treated with conventional Chinese patent medicine Xiaocuo pill.There were 36 patients in each group.The treatment period of this study is 4 weeks.The skin lesions,TCM syndrome scores,adverse drug reactions and adverse events were observed and recorded at the0,2 and 4 weeks after the patients were enrolled.At the 4 weeks of treatment,the overall clinical efficacy of this treatment was determined and the drug safety was evaluated through the comparison of indicators before and after treatment.Result:1.The skin lesion scores of the three groups were 9.06 ± 1.08 in the combined group,8.97 ± 1.11 in the single drug group and 9.43 ± 1.20 in the control group at baseline,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).At two weeks of treatment,5.26 ± 1.98 in the combined treatment group was better than 7.50 ± 1.69 in the single drug treatment group and 8.63 ± 1.44 in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05),After treatment,1.77 ±2.22 in the combined treatment group was better than 3.44± 2.71 in the single drug group and 5.26± 2.27 in the control group(P<0.05).Finally,the effective rates of skin lesions in the three groups were 91.43% in the combined treatment group,82.35% in the single drug treatment group and 65.71% in the control group.2.The TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were 8.51± 1.44 in the combined group,8.53 ± 1.33 in the single drug group and 9.00 ± 1.31 in the control group in the baseline period,with no significant difference(P> 0.05).At two weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the combined treatment group were 4.74± 1.54 better than that of the single drug treatment group,5.94 ± 1.89 better than that of the control group,7.49 ± 1.54(P<0.05),After the end of the treatment group,the TCM syndrome score of the combined treatment group was 2.11 ± 2.14 and that of the single drug group was 3.65 ± 2.26,which was better than that of the control group by 5.34 ±1.89(P<0.05).Finally,the effective rates of TCM syndrome scores in the three groups were 88.57% in the combined treatment group,79.41% in the single drug treatment group and 68.57% in the control group.3.In terms of safety observation,there was one patient with abnormal liver function in the control group,and there were fewer adverse events,suggesting that the treatment scheme is safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.Huanyan Xiaocuo Recipe combined with Jiedu Xiaozhong Powder can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with acne vulgaris(lung meridian wind-heat syndrome).2.The effect of Huanyan Xiaocuo Recipe combined with Jiedu Xiaozhong Powder in the treatment of acne vulgaris(lung meridian wind-heat syndrome)is better than that of Huanyan Xiaocuo Recipe and the control group Xiaocuo Pill alone,and the combined use in improving the symptoms of skin lesions is effective in improving skin lesions faster.3.Huanyan Xiaocuo Recipe combined with Jiedu Xiaozhong Powder is a safe and effective method for clinical treatment of acne vulgaris(lung meridian wind-heat syndrome).
