Clinical Treatment Of Self-Made Tiaochong Decoction Combined With Supramolecular Salicylic Acid In The Treatment Of Acne With Chong-Ren Disorder

ObjectiveA randomized controlled trial was conducted to observe the efficacy and safety of self-made "Tiaochong Decoction" combined with Supramolecular Salicylic Acid in the treatment of acne with Chong-Ren disorder.MethodIn this study,female acne patients with Chong Ren disorder were selected.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,a total of 80 cases.The control group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid,and the treatment group was treated with self-formulated traditional Chinese medicine decoction "Tiaochong Decoction" combined with Supramolecular Salicylic Acid.Two groups of treatment are total 8 weeks.Before treatment,treatment 4 weeks,treatment 8 weeks on the general situation,the two groups of patients with skin conditions,syndromes and adverse reactions were recorded,comprehensive curative effect after the treatment.Result1.Comparison of skin lesion symptom scores: Independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences in skin lesion symptoms between two groups of patients before treatment and 8 weeks of treatment.Compared with before treatment,after 8 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of skin lesions in the treatment group were significantly improved(t=18.073,p<0.05).The skin oil production,nature,and number of skin lesions in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.2.Comparison of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scores:Independent sample t-tests were used to compare the differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndromes between two groups of patients before and after8 weeks of treatment.Compared with before treatment,after 8 weeks of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of the treatment group patients were significantly improved(p<0.05).The improvement degree of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as menstrual status,breast and chest pain in the treatment group patients was significantly better than that in the control group.3.Comprehensive efficacy comparison: After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical effectiveness rate was 88.84% in the treatment group and 73.68% in the control group.There was significant difference in the comprehensive efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion1." Tiaochong Decoction " combined with Supramolecular Salicylic Acid is clinically effective and superior to a control group for treating punch type acne.2." Tiaochong Decoction " combined with Supramolecular Salicylic Acid in the treatment of acne with Chong-Ren disorder can effectively improve the symptoms of skin lesions and TCM syndromes in patients.
