| Objective:Clinical Observation and Evaluation on Treatment for female Post-adolescent Acne of Chong and Ren disorders by Acne-removel Yurong Soup and Subsequent Influence on Living Quality.Methods:This research will meet 82 women with acne after youth were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 41 cases, both groups are treated fusidic acid, treatment group using Eliminate Acne Yurong soup for treatment, the control group usingTan capsules for treatment, both groups were treated for 4 weeks, the lesions observed efficacy of TCM syndrome and quality of life effects after treatment.Result:(1) After 4 weeks of treatment group compared with the control group in integral skin lesions, the treatment group markedly effective rate and total effective rate of 38% and 82% respectively, in the control group, markedly effective rate and total effective rate of 16% and 59% respectively. two group compared with a significant difference (P<0.05).(2) After four weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group symptom score compared to the treatment group markedly effective rate and total effective rate of 31% and 77% respectively, in the control group markedly effective rate and total effective rate of 14% and 43% respectively.two group compared with a significant difference (P<0.05).(3)after 4 weeks after treatment, quality of life in the treatment group and the control group scores between the two groups before and after treatment in self-perception, emotional function, social function, with a statistically significant (P <0.05). the two groups in Various items compared to the statistical treatment has a significant difference (P<0.05), showed that the two groups can improve the quality of life of patients, the degree of improvement higher in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Eliminate Acne Yurong soup to the treatment of women after puberty acne have a efficacy in quality of life of patients. |
