Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hand Spasm After Stroke By Yingsuixie Hegu(LI4) Combined With Needling Sifeng(EX-UE10)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating hand spasm after stroke by Yingsuixie Hegu(LI4)combined with needling Sifeng(EX-UE10),and to provide a new method for acupuncture treatment of hand spasm after stroke.Methods:According to the random number table method,66 patients with hand spasm after stroke were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional drug treatment.The control group was treated with acupoint selection of apoplexy according to the "13th Five-Year Plan" textbook "Acupuncture Therapeutics".The treatment group in the control group was treated with Yingsuixie Hegu(LI4)and needling Sifeng(EX-UE10),once a day for 6consecutive days as a course of treatment,and continued to the next course of treatment after 1 day of rest,a total of 2 courses of treatment.MAS spasm rating scale,Brunnstrom hand function rating scale,hand scoring items in FMA rating scale,and MBI index score were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.Statistical software SPSS26.0was selected to analyze and process the data of various scores and grade changes of the two groups before and after treatment,so as to compare the therapeutic effects of the two treatment methods.Results:1.Before treatment,the basic information(gender,age,course of disease,type of disease)and MAS,Brunnstrom,FMA and MBI scores of the two groups were compared,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups of patients were comparable.2.After treatment,compared with before treatment,FMA score,MBI score and Brunnstrom grade of the two groups were improved,while MAS spasm grade of the two groups was decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05,P<0.01),indicating that the two acupuncture methods are effective in treating hand spasm after stroke.3.After treatment,statistical analysis of the data between the two groups showed that the improvement of MAS score,Brunnstrom scale,FMA score and MBI score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),with significant differences and statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving hand spasm after stroke.4.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 72.73%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall curative effect of the treatment group was better.Conclusion:1.The Yingsuixie Hegu(LI4)combined with needling Sifeng(EX-UE10)can effectively reduce the spasm grade of the affected hand after stroke,and improve the degree of hand spasm better than conventional acupuncture.2.The Yingsuixie Hegu(LI4)combined with needling Sifeng(EX-UE10)can improve the motor function of the hand after stroke and improve the self-care ability,which is superior to the conventional acupuncture method.3.The Yingsuixie Hegu(LI4)combined with needling Sifeng(EX-UE10)of treating hand spasm after stroke is better than that of conventional acupuncture.
