Observation On The Curative Effect Of Hand-Foot-Sanyin Massage Combined With Acupuncture On Spasm After Apoplexy(Yin Deficiency And Wind-moving Type)

Objective By comparing the clinical efficacy of hand-foot-Sanyin massage combined with acupuncture and acupuncture in the treatment of post-apoplexy spasm,observe its therapeutic effect,and provide a better therapeutic method for reducing the muscle tension of patients with post-apoplexy spasm(Yin deficiency and wind movement type).Method Sixty patients with spasm after stroke(Yin deficiency and wind movement type)were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases respectively by random number table method.All 60 patients were treated with western medicine.30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture,and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with hand-foot-Sanyin meridian massage combined with conventional acupuncture.The control group and the treatment group were treated 10 times as a course of treatment,once a day,a total of two courses of treatment,two days of rest between courses.Patients in both groups were evaluated by Ashworth Scale,Clinical spasm Index(CSI),Fugl-meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA)and Barthel(BI)before and after treatment to understand the treatment differences between the two groups,so as to obtain the differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment.Results All 60 patients in this study completed the treatment,and none of them fell out.(1)CSI scores of patients in the control group and the treatment group decreased after treatment,and there were significant differences in intra-group comparison before and after treatment and between groups(P < 0.05).These results suggest that the treatment group has better effect in reducing muscle tension and muscle spasm.(2)After treatment,FMA and BI scores increased in 2 groups,and there were statistical differences in intra-group comparison and inter-group comparison after treatment(P < 0.05).In the treatment group,limb function and self-care ability in daily life were significantly improved.(3)In terms of overall effect,by comparing the two groups of Ashworth,in the treatment group the total effective rate was 80% higher than that in the control group(63.33%),and between the two groups there was a statistical difference(P < 0.05).It shows that the overall therapeutic effect of the treatment group is obvious and better than the control group.Conclusion Hand-foot-Sanyin massage combined with acupuncture has obvious effect on spasm after apoplexy(Yin deficiency and wind-moving type),which can relieve muscle spasm and improve limb function and daily living ability of patients.It is superior to conventional acupuncture alone and can be widely applied in clinic.
