| Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of five-needle penetration needling combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of finger spasm after stroke Material and method:A total of 90 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for sudden seizure of fingers due to sequelae of stroke were randomly divided into three groups,i e,an acupuncture group,a rehabilitation training group, and a hand five-needle penetration acupuncture plus rehabilitation training group According to the basic diseases of the patients in the three groups, routine treatment was given by departments and western medicine Acupuncture group was given combined acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment, the rehabilitation training group received comprehensive rehabilitation on the basis of conventional treatment, the treatment group received acupuncture and rehabilitation on the basis of conventional treatment The treatment was conducted once a day, continuously for 5days with a rest of 2 days, with 5 weeks as a course of treatment The Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMA)finger score was used to evaluate the recovery of finger function before and after treatment(see Table 1),Brunnstrom motor function assessment(see Table 2)and the revised Ashworth scale for spasticity(see Table 3)The scores of the acupuncture group, compare the difference between them before and after treatment Analyze data through statistical software to evaluate efficacyResults:1 After treatment, the acupuncture group, rehabilitation training group and five-needle manual puncture acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group can effectively relieve the symptoms of sudden finger spasms in the sequelae of stroke, and the finger activities group was improved In addition,no significant adverse reactions were noticed in the patients after treatment2 Through calculation and analysis of statistical software, the finger scores of the Fugl-meyer score scale(FMA)of the three groups before and after treatment were compared The statistical results show that the total clinical effective rate of the five-needle acupuncture plus rehabilitation group is better, and the difference was statistically significant(Pīš¤0 05)3 The modified Ashworth Spasm Rating Scale(MAS)and Brunnstrom Motor Function Rating Scale were used to analyze the count and percentage of the grade changes in the severity of finger spasm in three groups The statistical results show that the total clinical effective rate of the five-needle acupuncture plus rehabilitation group is higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0 05)Conclusion:Five-needle penetration needling combined with rehabilitation training has significant clinical effect and good safety for patients with post-stroke finger spasm, which is worthy of promotion... |
