| Objective :This subject through the clinical observation of Bushen Tiaogan Yin treatment of PCOS-HA patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,and compares the serum gonadal hormone level(LH、FSH、LH/FSH、T、SHBG、DHEA-S),AMH level,TCM syndrome score,hirsutism score,acne score and anxiety status score before and after treatment,and preliminary discussion of the principle of this subject in the treatment of PCOS-HA,in order to explore the efficacy and safety of this subject in treating PCOS-HA with kidney defciency and liver depression.Methods:A total of 80 patients diagnosed as PCOS-HA by Western medicine and kidney deficiency and liver depression by TCM and meeting the exclusion criteria were selected from the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022.According to the control principle,the patients were divided into a experimental group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases.The experimental group was treated with Bushen Tiaogan Yin combined with Yasmin,while the control group was treated with Yasmin,and both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles.The changes of corresponding indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:(1)Comparison of overall curative effect: After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.11%,which was better than the total effective rate of 72.97% in the control group(P<0.01).(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment in the same group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment effect of the experimental group was more obvious(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of hirsutism score: After treatment,the hirsutism score in the two groups did not change significantly,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of acne scores: After treatment,the acne symptoms of the two groups were better than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment effect of the experimental group was better(P<0.01).(5)Comparison of serum gonadal hormone levels:(1)After treatment,the levels of LH、LH/FSH、T and DHEA-S in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in the same group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)(2)The levels of SHBG in the two groups after treatment were higher than those in the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the SHBG level could be better adjusted in the experimental group(P<0.01).(3)FSH: Compared with before treatment,the levels of FSH in the two groups had no significant improvement after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(6)AMH: Although the levels of AMH in the two groups decreased slightly after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference within and between groups(P>0.05).(7)Anxiety status score: After treatment,the anxiety status scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment in the same group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment effect of the experimental group was better(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Bushen Tiaogan Yin has signifcant curative effect on PCOS-HA of kidney deficiency and liver depression,which can effectively reduce TCM syndrome scores,regulate gonadal hormone levels,improve acne symptoms and relieve anxiety.(2)Bushen tiaogan Yin combined with Yasmin can better menstrual conditions and reduce androgen levels in patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression PCOS-HA,The efficacy is better than the simple use of Yousmin,with few side effects and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.menstrual conditions and reduce androgen levels in patients with renal deficiency and hepatic depression PCOS-HA. |
