Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Gutongling Tincture Targeted Permeation Combined With Five Birds Opera In The Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder In The Acute Stage

Objective:By observing the effectiveness of the clinical therapy of Gutongling tincture targeted penetration combined with Five Birds Opera in the treating of acute phase frozen shoulder,the characteristics and advantages of the method were discussed,which provided new ideas and approaches for the treatment of frozen shoulder in the acute phase.Method:In this study,a randomized controlled trial was conducted,and participants who conformed to the admission criteria were randomly grouped into 2 groups using an Excel sheet,with 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the treatment group.On the basis of functional exercises of the Five Birds Opera in both groups,the treatment group was treated with Gutongling tincture directed transdermal therapy,and the control group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction directed transdermal therapy.After the treatment period,the author used the Pain Rating Index,American Shoulder and Elbow Society scoring system and CMS shoulder scoring system and the self-designed Chinese medicine evidence scoring system to conduct the scoring statistics,and used SPSS26.0 statistical software for data analysis.The clinical efficacy of the combination of the Gutongling tincture targeted penetration and the Five Birds Opera in the treatment of frozen shoulder in the acute stage was evaluated using the data results.Result:Firstly,the usual data of the two groups did not differ remarkably at the statistical level and had no significant effect on the results(P>0.05),so the two teams were similar.Secondly,the results of Pain Rating Index,VAS,ASES of daily life,Constant-Murley score and Chinese medicine evidence-based score of the two groups were significantly different by data analysis(P<0.05),which was comparable.The application of the treatment method of targeted penetration of Gutongling tincture combined with Five Birds Opera to the acute stage frozen shoulder could significantly reduce the pain and stiffness,and the overall therapy results were outstanding.Finally,comparing the total obvious efficiency of the healing group with that of the control group,the healing group was 86.67%.In the control group,it was 70%,(P<0.05,which was statistically different),indicating that the treatment of Gutongling tincture targeted penetration combined with Five Birds Opera was more effective than the control group.Conclusion:1.Through the comparison and data analysis of pain score,ASES of daily life and Constant-Murley score before and after treatment,it can be concluded that Gutongling tincture targeted penetration combined with Five Birds Opera has a good therapeutic effect on acute frozen shoulder.2.Both of the treatments were effective,but the relief of symptoms such as pain and dysfunctional movement of frozen shoulder in the acute stage was superior to that of the control group by the combination of targeted penetration of Gutongling tincture and Five Birds Opera.3.Gutongling tincture targeted penetration combined with Five Birds Opera provides a reference for the clinical management of frozen shoulder in the acute phase in terms of drug selection and method selection as a method of combined usage of traditional Chinese medicine and modern treatment technology.
