| Objective:To verify the clinical effect of the combination of thunder-fire moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy on pain, edema, upper limb motor dysfunction and daily living ability of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome I after ischemic stroke on the basis of routine nursing. Methods:Clinical randomized controlled trials were used. From December 2021 to October2022,106 patients who were admitted to the Department of Stroke Rehabilitation in a 3A hospital in Changchun City,Jilin Province, and whose clinical diagnosis met the stage I of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome, were selected to meet the strict inclusion criteria, and were randomly divided into three groups: Chinese medicine directional penetration group(group A)with 36 patients,thunder-fire moxibustion group(group B)with 35 patients, and combined group(group C)with 35 patients. All three groups received routine treatment and nursing care.Group A received routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing care plus Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy.Group B was treated with routine rehabilitation and nursing plus thunder-fire moxibustion.Group C was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy and nursing, plus thunder-fire moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy for 2 weeks.Results:1.Comparison between groups before intervention, the general data,SHSS scale score,VAS score,FMA scale score and ADL score of the three groups were compared. The statistical results showed that there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline levels of the three groups were basically the same before intervention, and the three groups were comparable.2.Intra-group comparison before and after the intervention, the SHSS scale score,VAS score,FMA scale score and ADL score of the three groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared. The statistical results showed that the scores of the three groups after the intervention were better than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the differences between the groups after the intervention were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After two weeks of intervention, the patients in group C were better than those in group A and group B in SHSS scale score,VAS score,FMA scale score and edema score, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).4.After two weeks of intervention, the total effective rates of the three groups were compared, and the statistical results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.During this trial, all the patients included in the study did not have any serious adverse reactions, and no cases fell off due to serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Thunder-fire moxibustion and directional Chinese medicine penetration can improve the symptoms of pain, edema and upper limb motor dysfunction in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, and improve the daily living ability of patients.2.Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with directional penetration of Chinese medicine has better effect on improving pain, edema and upper limb motor dysfunction in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. |
