their visits to the experts’ clinic of the Second Department of Cardiovascular Disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to April 2022 were collected and organized. The data mining technology was used to analyze the information of patients’ sex, age, precipitating factor, family history, initial blood pressure measurement, tongue and symptoms of upset.Poria cocus was closely related to insomnia symptoms.Semen Cassiae,Flos Chrysanthemi,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Bupleuri, and Rhizoma Pinelliae were closely related to ocular distension symptoms.Evodia rutaecarpa, chrysanthemum and scutellaria baicalensis are closely related to headache.6.Clustering analysis of Chinese medicines:five core combinations w ere obtained:The first type is patients, and the age distribution is mainly concentrated in the 50–69 years old.Nearly half of the patients have a family history of hypertension, suggesting that there is a significant familial aggregation of EH.The results of the study suggest that work-rest disorders and poor diet are also closely related to the occurrence of EH.In the outpatient medical records, the red tongue is dominant in tongue quality, and the thin and white coating is dominant in tongue;the deep and thready pulse is dominant in pulse manifestation.2.Outpatient experts mostly believe that the main location of vertigo was in heart and often related to the lung, spleen, heart, stomach and other zang-fu organs. The four qi Chinese medicines used are mainly cold, mild and warm in nature, and mainly contain sweet, bitter and pungent herbs. They are mainly of tonic,heat-clearing and wind-dispelling herbs.3.The efficacies of 10 high-frequency Chinese medicines for the tre-atment of EH in outpatient medical records were mainly as follows:ton-ifying qi and blood, drying dampness and promoting urination, pacifying liver and subduing yang.4.The related combination of the two Chinese medicines has the ef-fects of regulating qi and blood, regulating yingwei, inhibiting liver and subduing yang, resolving phlegm and clearing heat,respectively.5.The core combinations of the five clusters had the effects of soothing liver and nourishing liver, nourishing and tranquilizing mind, moving qi and activating blood, nourishing yin and suppressing yang, and clearing liver and purging fire, respectively.Study 2:1.Physicians in modern Chinese history mostly believed that the location of vertigo was mainly in the liver and lung, which was closely related to the spleen, heart, stomach, kidney and other zang-fu organs. The traditional Chinese medicines used were mainly cold, warm and neutral herbs, with the flav ors of sweet, bitter and pungent. The four-qi,five-flavor and meridian tropism of the traditional treated in the same way, cold and warm being combined, bitter and acrid drugs with descending methods.2.In medical records vertigo medical records of modern Chinese his-tory,the efficacy of 10 high-frequency Chinese medicines for the treatm e-nt of vertigo is mainly manifested as drying dampness and resolving phlegm, dispelling wind and clearing heat, pacifying and softening liver.3.The related combination of the two Chinese medicines has the effects of drying dampness, resolving phlegm, reducing adverse flow, pacifying the liver, removing wind and nourishing blood,respectively.4.The core combinations of the three clusters had the effects of pacifying liver and clearing liver, resolving phlegm and removing wind, nou rishing yin and nourishing blood, respectively. |
