Objective:To study the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and prescription rules of Professor Zhou Yabin’s treatment of essential hypertension combined with dyslipidemia. We summarized the drug use rules of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of essential hypertension combined with dyslipidemia,in order to provide a drug use reference for TCM treatment of essential hypertension combined with dyslipidemia. Methods:The medical records of patients with essential hypertension combined with dyslipidemia treated by Professor Zhou Yabin at the Second Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were collected. The collected medical records were from JAN 2018 to DEC 2022.The eligible patients’ gender, age, symptoms,TCM tongue and pulse, and TCM prescriptions were standardized, and then established corresponding databases, which were imported into the TCM inheritance computing platform(TCMISS)V3.0.Statistical data analysis included symptoms, medication frequency, medicine flavor, attribution, association rules and clustering analysis after setting parameters. After the corresponding data were obtained, further generalization was performed to summarize the medication rules and experience of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of essential hypertension combined with dyslipidemia.Results:1.Basic information statistics resultsAmong the 203 medical records collected,117 cases were female and 86 cases were male. The syndromes were classified into five types:phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome, liver fire hyperactivity syndrome, and Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome.A total of 89 symptoms were observed, with the highest frequency of dizziness, followed by poor sleep, chest tightness, fatigue, dry mouth, palpitations, body weight, head swelling, back pain, and headache. The tongue symptoms were characterized by purple and dark tongue, red tongue, white and greasy coating, thin yellow coating, and less coating in higher frequency. The pulse symptoms were characterized by smooth and string pulse, string pulse, thin and string pulse, sunken and weak pulse, sunken pulse in higher frequency.2.Drug statistics resultsThere were 203 prescriptions included in the medical record data, excluding licorice, involving 173 herbs and the total use frequency of 4238 times.Tianma,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Panax,Poria,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Bupleurum,Rhizoma Crotalis and Rhizoma Polygonati were used frequently, with a frequency of 100 times and above. The four gases were mainly of warm, cold and flat drugs, all with a frequency of 1000 and above, and the total frequency was 91.65%.The five tastes were mainly of sweet, bitter and pungent drugs, all with a frequency of 1300 and above, and the total frequency was 87.35%.The cluster analysis extracted 5 groups of core drug combinations.Conclusions:1.In this study,Professor Zhou Yabin treated essential hypertension combined with dyslipidemia with common syndromes of phlegm and stasis, liver and kidney deficiency, and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.2.In this study, the drugs commonly used by Professor Zhou Yabin to treat essential hypertension combined with dyslipidemia were Tianma,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Pinellia,Poria cocos,Large-headed atractylodes.Twotooth achyranthes root,Sharpleaf gambirplant branchlet,Eucommia bark,Dried old orange peel,Chinese angelica root.3.In this study, the four gases of the drugs used by Professor Zhou Yabin to treat essential hypertension combined with dyslipidemia were warm, cold, and flat. The taste of the medicine is mainly sweet, bitter and pungent. The five tastes of the drugs were mainly of sweet, bitter and pungent.4.Professor Zhou Yabin treated essential hypertension combined with dyslipidemia mostly by regulating and tonifying the liver and kidney, eliminating phlegm and stasis, and strengthening the spleen and stomach. |
