Research On The Medication Regularity Of Director Qu Yanjin In The Treatment Of Hypertension And Vertigo Based On Data Mining

Objective: Through the method of data mining,to deeply study the medication rule of director Qu Yanjin in the treatment of hypertension vertigo in clinical,to analyze its syndrome differentiation and treatment ideas,to learn its treatment experience,to analyze its academic ideas,and to lay a theoretical foundation and provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for the future clinical treatment of hypertension vertigo.Methods: A total of 206 effective prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were collected from director Qu Yanjin’s outpatient department of Encephalopathy in the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2019.After data standardization,use WPS form to input data to form a database,make preliminary statistics of drug frequency,and make statistics of the number,frequency,frequency percentage and other statistics of the four Qi,five flavor,meridian tropism,efficacy of the drugs used,so as to form a chart for analysis.According to the prescription table,select the appropriate high frequency drugs,and use SPSS 24.0 to cluster analysis,get the new drug combination.This paper analyzes the frequency of the use of the drugs and their sex,taste,meridian tropism,efficacy,and the results of the drug pairs after cluster analysis,and summarizes the experience and clinical thinking of director Qu Yanjin in the treatment of hypertension vertigo as well as the rules of drug use for clinical application.Results:1.Among the 206 effective prescriptions used in the treatment of hypertension vertigo,171 drugs were used.Among them,the 23 drugs used more than or equal to 55 times were Salvia miltiorrhiza,Pueraria,Ligusticum chuanxiong,angelica,gastrodia,chrysanthemum,bupleurum,Fructus aurantii,uncaria,centipede,red peony,pinellia,Tribulus terrestris,cypress kernel,safflower,Atractylodes macrocephala,lily,cassia seed,Bombyx mori,Cyperus,magnetite,Panax notoginseng and earthworm.2.Analyze the four Qi of all drugs,and use the drugs from high to low in the order of cold,warm,flat,cool and hot.3.Analyze the five tastes of all the drugs used,and use the drugs from high to low in order of sweet,bitter,pungent,salty,sour,light and astringent taste.4.According to the frequency of use,the top 6 drugs were liver,spleen,stomach,heart,lung and kidney.5.Analyze the efficacy classification of the drugs used.The nine drugs with the most frequent use are liver calming and wind relaxing drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,heat clearing drugs,surface resolving drugs,Qi regulating drugs,tranquilizing drugs,Yin tonifying drugs,Qi tonifying drugs and blood tonifying drugs.6.Apply data application software SPSS 24.0 cluster analysis showed that six groups of commonly used drugs: the first group: Pueraria,Salvia miltiorrhiza;the second group:chrysanthemum,gastrodia,angelica,Ligusticum chuanxiong;the third group: earthworm,Panax notoginseng;the fourth group: Tribulus terrestris,cypress nut,pinellia,lily,Cyperus,magnetite,Atractylodes macrocephala,cassia seed,Bombyx mori,red flower;the fifth group:centipede,uncaria,red peony;the sixth group: bupleurum,Fructus aurantii Immaturus.Conclusion:1.In the clinical treatment of the disease,the tutor used more cold,warm and even drugs,cold drugs to clear the heat of deficiency and excess;warm drugs to eliminate phlegm and promote qi and blood circulation to remove blood stasis;flat drugs to reconcile cold and heat can supplement benefits,use less heat drugs,prevent its refining liquid into phlegm,consume Qi and blood,and add serious illness.Among the five flavors,the first is sweetness,which can nourish and cure the root,strengthen the spleen and remove dampness;the second is bitterness,which can relieve fire and dry dampness;the third is bitterness,which can activate Qi and blood circulation,which embodies the method of opening bitterness and reducing sweetness.In the course of meridian tropism,the liver channel is the first,followed by the spleen channel,stomach channel,heart channel,lung channel and kidney channel,which are respectively treated from the aspects of liver regulation,spleen and stomach transportation,heart blood circulation,lung xuanjiang,tongtiao channel,kidney dominating water and essence storage.Drug efficacy: among the 9 kinds of drugs used more,the drugs for calming the liver and calming the wind,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are mainly used,and a small number of drugs for nourishing Yin,Qi and blood are used,which shows that director Qu Yanjin treats the disease with both deficiency and reality,mainly eliminating pathogenic factors and supplemented by deficiency.2.Through the data research method of cluster analysis,six groups of new drug combinations were summarized: group 1: Pueraria and Salvia miltiorrhiza;group 2:chrysanthemum,gastrodia,angelica and Ligusticum chuanxiong;group 3: earthworm and Panax notoginseng;group 4: Tribulus terrestris,cypress kernel,Pinellia ternata,lily,Cyperus,magnetite,Atractylodes macrocephala,cassia seed,Bombyx mori and safflower;group 5:centipede,uncaria,red peony;group 6: bupleurum Fructus aurantii.The combination of all herbs can clear Qi,clear liver and fire,calm liver and wind,activate blood and remove blood stasis,strengthen spleen and phlegm,nourish yin,Qi and blood.3.Through the methods of data mining and cluster analysis,this study deeply digs director Qu Yanjin’s clinical experience in the treatment of hypertension vertigo,and obtains the commonly used drugs and dialectical ideas of tutor in the treatment of this disease,which lays a solid foundation for the future clinical work.
