| Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Zhang Xuexin in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo;With the help of "Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform(v2.5)" software data,the regularity of tutors’ use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo was mined,and the drug frequency,drug category,four Qi and five flavors,drug meridian tropism and common drug equivalence in the source prescription were analyzed;sum up its clinical experience in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo with traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide more ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: Collect 100 patients with hypertensive vertigo from the outpatient department of Professor Zhang Xuexin of the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.The instructor’s diagnosis and treatment process was recorded in detail.The course of treatment was observed for 4 weeks,and blood pressure was assessed after treatment.The curative effect and the curative effect of TCM syndromes;the medical record data is entered into the clinical collection system of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5)" software to establish a database.Perform data analysis,including frequency statistics,formula analysis,cluster analysis and other data mining methods,and display the results of data analysis from different angles in the form of frequency tables and network display diagrams;combine the tutor ’ s syndrome differentiation thoughts and medication rules,To summarize his clinical experience in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo.Results: After 4 weeks of treatment in 100 patients,the total effective rate of lowering blood pressure was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 93.00%.There were no adverse reactions during the treatment;43 males and 57 females were included in the study;The age distribution of the included patients,the 60-69 age group has the largest number of people,a total of 26 people,followed by the 50-59 year-old age group,a total of 24 people;the common symptoms of the included patients,in addition to the main symptoms of vertigo,are accompanied by The most frequent symptoms are insomnia,dreaminess,chest tightness,fatigue,bitter mouth,poor appetite and appetite,tinnitus,headache,loose stools,etc.The instructor divides hypertensive vertigo syndromes into 9 types in order.Syndrome of phlegm dampness internal hyperactivity,liver-yang hyperactivity removing dampness,calming liver and dispelling wind,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,warming yang and resolving drink,and strengthening spleen Qi Replenishing Method,Reconciliation Shaoyang Method,Warming Kidney Yang Method,Nourishing Blood and Nourishing Heart Method,Tonifying Yang and Relaxing Tendons Method,Dispelling Cold and Resolving Muscle Method,Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Method,Activating Blood and Removing Blood Stasis Method.In the statistical results of the medication rule,the instructor used a total of 157 traditional Chinese medicines.The top 10 Chinese medicines that appeared frequently were: Chuanxiong,Gastrodia,Alisma,Poria,Scutellaria,Stir-fried Atractylodes,Codonopsis,Uncaria,Hovenia dulcis,Achyranthes bidentata: The common Chinese medicines with a frequency of ≥10 times are counted by drug categories,and the frequency of drug categories is from high to low: tonic drugs,liver and wind-relieving drugs,diuresis and dampness drugs,heat-clearing drugs,blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs,Epidemiological drugs,tranquilizers,phlegm and cough-relieving drugs,anti-rheumatic drugs,warming herbs,and dampness drugs;the traditional Chinese medicines commonly used by the instructor are warm,cold,and flat,accounting for 90.23%;the flavors of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines are Sweet,bitter,and pungent,accounting for 88.08%;the common meridians of traditional Chinese medicines are the liver meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian,stomach meridian,and lung meridian,accounting for 70.63%;the frequency of Chinese medicine prescriptions based on association rules analysis shows that the frequency is ≥20 times Among the 25 groups of traditional Chinese medicine combinations,Gastrodia and Ligusticum chuanxiong had the highest frequency of 45 times,followed by Gastrodia and Uncaria with 31 times.After cluster analysis,3 groups of new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion: The tutor’s treatment of hypertensive vertigo is mainly based on phlegm-dampness internalization,liver-yang hyperactivity,liver and kidney yin deficiency,phlegm-heat internalization,qi and blood deficiency,accounting for 86.00%,kidney-yang deficiency,and shaoyang Symptoms,liver depression and spleen deficiency,and blood stasis internal resistance are relatively small,accounting for 14.00%;the treatment methods are to nourish the liver and kidney,invigorate the spleen and dissipate dampness,calm the liver and relieve wind,clear away heat and resolve phlegm,warm yang and transform drink,and invigorate the spleen and qi Mainly,accounting for 83.00%,reconciling Shaoyang,warming kidney-yang,nourishing blood and heart,promoting yang and relaxing muscles,dispelling cold and muscles,soothing liver and spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and accounting for 17.00%.The TCM used by the instructor to treat hypertensive vertigo has the most medicinal properties of warm medicine,followed by cold and flat medicines;the five tastes of Chinese medicine are the most sweet medicine,followed by bitter and pungent medicines;the main meridian of Chinese medicine is the liver
