Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Zhang Xuexin in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo;With the help of "Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform(v2.5)" software data,the regularity of tutors’ use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo was mined,and the drug frequency,drug category,four Qi and five flavors,drug meridian tropism and common drug equivalence in the source prescription were analyzed;sum up its clinical experience in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo with traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide more ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: Collect 100 patients with hypertensive vertigo from the outpatient department of Professor Zhang Xuexin of the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.The instructor’s diagnosis and treatment process was recorded in detail.The course of treatment was observed for 4 weeks,and blood pressure was assessed after treatment.The curative effect and the curative effect of TCM syndromes;the medical record data is entered into the clinical collection system of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5)" software to establish a database.Perform data analysis,including frequency statistics,formula analysis,cluster analysis and other data mining methods,and display the results of data analysis from different angles in the form of frequency tables and network display diagrams;combine the tutor ’ s syndrome differentiation thoughts and medication rules,To summarize his clinical experience in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo.Results: After 4 weeks of treatment in 100 patients,the total effective rate of lowering blood pressure was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 93.00%.There were no adverse reactions during the treatment;43 males and 57 females were included in the study;The age distribution of the included patients,the 60-69 age group has the largest number of people,a total of 26 people,followed by the 50-59 year-old age group,a total of 24 people;the common symptoms of the included patients,in addition to the main symptoms of vertigo,are accompanied by The most frequent symptoms are insomnia,dreaminess,chest tightness,fatigue,bitter mouth,poor appetite and traditional Chinese medicines commonly used by the instructor are warm,cold,and flat,accounting for 90.23%;the flavors of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines are Sweet,bitter,and pungent,accounting for 88.08%;the common meridians of traditional Chinese medicines are the liver meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian,stomach meridian,and lung meridian,accounting for 70.63%;the frequency of Chinese medicine prescriptions based on association rules analysis shows that the frequency is ≥20 times Among the 25 groups of traditional Chinese medicine combinations,Gastrodia and Ligusticum chuanxiong had the highest frequency of 45 times,followed by Gastrodia and Uncaria with 31 times.After cluster analysis,3 groups of new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion: The tutor’s
