Objective:Primary dysmenorrhea(PD),also known as functional dysmenorrhea,is a disease of uterine spastic pain. The patient is dysmenorrhea is not accompanied by pelvic organic disease, mostly in the 2-3 years after menarche, adolescent girls or unmarried, childless female patients. The purpose of this research is to treat dysmenorrhea with traditional Chinese acupuncture. In clinical practice, the effect of ginger moxibustion plus acupuncture and simple acupuncture was compared.Dysmenorrhea is one of the symptoms that modern women often suffer from. With the development and change of social environment, modern people do not eat properly, lack of exercise, the demand of body function is not enough to cope with, the occurrence of diverse pathological changes, bring trouble and inconvenience to life and work.Through observation and comparison of the clinical effect of Yin three-needle ginger moxibustion combined with body acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea(type of cold coagulation and blood stasis),it provides optimized treatment plan for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis, and provides objective clinical basis for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea mainly with three injections of Yin,so as to make the use of acupuncture for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea more scientific and standardized. Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,patients receiving treatment in the outpatient clinic and ward of acupuncture department, department of gynecology and department of gynecology of the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.Based on the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study,60 patients were strictly screened.A simple random allocation method was adopted. The treatment group was mainly treated with Yin three needles separated by ginger and moxibustion, combined with body acupuncture, while the control group was treated with simple routine acupuncture. Both the treatment group and the control group began treatment once every three days before menstruation, and three menstrual cycles were treated as one course of treatment.VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score were used to score the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and then spss23.0 was used for statistical analysis, and the results were obtained.Results:1.Before treatment, the baseline data(age, course of disease, pain degree, dysmenorrhea symptom score and VAS score)of the treatment group and the control group were statistically analyzed, and the results showed that the differences between the groups were not statistically significant and comparable(P>0.05).2.The difference of VAS score before and after treatment and the difference of dysmenorrhea symptom score between the two groups were all P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group with three needles of ginger moxibustion combined with body acupuncture had a better effect on treating the type of cold coagulation and blood stasis in primary dysmenorrhea than the control group with conventional acupuncture.3.After three courses of treatment, the total clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment group of Yin three-needle ginger moxibustion combined with body acupuncture was compared with the control group of routine acupuncture. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and there were 30 patients in the treatment group, among which 2 patients were cured,2 patients had significant effect,25 patients had treatment effect, and 1 patient had no effect,The total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,and there were a total of 30 patients in the control group.Among them,0 patients were cured,2 patients had significant effect,21 patients had treatment effect, and 7 patients had no effect.According to the analysis of the overall data, compared with the conventional acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis, the advantages of Yin three-needle ginger moxibustion combined with body acupuncture are obvious. It can be popularized clinically. Conclusion:Yin three-needle ginger moxibustion combined with body acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis. However, the curative effect of yin san moxibustion with ginger combined with body acupuncture was better than that of the control group. With fewer side effects and simple and convenient operation,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
