Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of five-body massage combined with Shentongzhuyu Decoction on patients with thoracic facet joint disorder, expand the application of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice, provide clinical basis for the study of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of thoracic facet joint disorder, and summarize the methods and experience of the treatment of thoracic facet joint disorder through clinical. Methods:Eighty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There were forty cases in the treatment group(five-body massage combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction plus minus formula)and forty cases in the control group(conventional massage combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction plus minus formula). The treatment period of the two groups was four weeks. After the treatment, the simplified Mc Gill Pain Scale, quantitative scale of Clinical signs of thoracic facet joint Disorder and spinal Life Function Assessment Scale were scored and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS27.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the obtained data, and the statistical results were preliminarily discussed and evaluated.Results:1.All the eighty patients included met the experimental standards, and no cases were excluded or shed. There was no adverse reaction during the treatment.2.Before treatment, the gender, age,BMI,course of disease, simplified Mc Gill pain score, clinical signs and symptoms of thoracic facet joint disorder score, and spinal Life Function Rating Scale score of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the results showed that the two groups were comparable,P>0.05.3.The results of the two groups were analyzed. Both groups had therapeutic effects.Among them, the treatment group was better than the control group in improving simplified Mc Gill pain score, thoracic facet joint disorder clinical signs and symptoms score and spinal Life Function Rating Scale score. The effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 85% in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.4.After four months of follow-up,the scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group had no significant changes compared with that after the end of treatment,P<0.05,indicating that patients in the treatment group did not have repeated attacks after treatment. After four months of follow-up,the scores of symptoms and signs in the control group were significantly higher than those after treatment, indicating that patients in the control group had a tendency to relapse after treatment.Conclusions:1.Both the treatment group and the control group had clinical efficacy in the treatment of thoracic facet joint disorders, and there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. However, the control group showed the tendency and tendency of recurrent disease in the follow-up process,so the treatment group was more lasting than the control group.2.Five-body massage combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction is superior to conventional massage combined with Shentongzhuyu Decoction in relieving muscle pain, improving flexion and rotation function of thoracic vertebrae, improving muscle tone and other aspects. And the treatment effect lasts a long time, not easy to repeat. The combination of the two methods is effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of thoracic facet joint disorder, and worthy of clinical application.
