Clinical Observation Of Shentongzhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of ASO Fontaine Ⅰ-Ⅲ Blood Vessel Stasis Syndrome In Lower Limb Arteriosclerosis Obliterators

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shentongzhuyu decoction in the treatment of arteriosclerotic obliterators of lower extremities(ASO Fontaine stage I-ⅲ)and gangrenous disease(blood stasis syndrome).Methods:48 patients who met the inclusion criteria were diagnosed as FontaineⅠ-Ⅲ lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans by Western medicine and as ganglox(blood stasis syndrome)by Chinese medicine.The patients were divided into two groups with 24 cases in each group according to the random number table.Both groups were given general basic treatment.The control group was given Tongsaimai tablet oral treatment,3 times a day,after meals;Treatment group was given Body Tong Zhuyu decoction decocted,one dose a day,2 bags of 200 ml each,warm after breakfast and dinner.After 4weeks of treatment,symptom and sign scores,anklebrachial ratio(ABI),infrared thermal imaging,low-density lipoprotein(LDL),and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.SPSS23.0software was used for statistical description and analysis,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared with P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.Results :1.The ankle-brachial ratio before and after treatment was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The infrared thermal imaging temperature of the two groups showed a gradient increase before and after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The comparison of low density lipoprotein before and after treatment between the two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Compared with the scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion :(1)Shentongzhuyu decoction has a good effect in the treatment of ASO FontaineⅠ-Ⅲ.It has obvious advantages in improving ankle humerus ratio,infrared thermal imaging temperature,low density lipoprotein and TCM syndrome integral ratio,and has significant clinical effect.(2)During the trial period,Shentongzhuyu Decoction was used in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerotic obliterator(ASO Fontaine stage I-ⅲ),and no adverse events or adverse reactions occurred,indicating that it was a safe and reliable drug.
