| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate,gastrointestinal hormone levels and safety of Kangfuxin liquid combined with quadruple bactericidal therapy in the treatment of HP-related raised erosive gastritis with gastric collateral stasis,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of HP-related raised erosive gastritis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:Patients diagnosed as HP-related raised erosive gastritis with gastric meridian stasis in the Department of Spleen and Stomach of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were collected.A total of 70 patients were enrolled.After stratification according to REG type,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy(Colloidal Bismuth Pectin Capsules 200mg bid,Rabeprazole 20mg bid,Amoxicillin Capsule 1g bid,Clarithromycin 0.5g bid)for eradication of Hp for 2 weeks,then Rabeprazole was changed to 20mg qd for another 2 weeks,and other drugs were stopped.The treatment group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid 10ml tid orally on the basis of the control group.Finally,The TCM syndrome score,Hp clearance rate,serum levels of gastrointestinal hormones PGI,PGII and G-17,efficacy of gastroscopy and pathological tissue improvement were analyzed and compared between the two groups before treatment and 1 month after drug withdrawal.Results:1.The improvement of TCM symptoms:The therapeutic effect of the therapeutic group on epigastric pain and painful abdominal mass was better than that of the matched group(P<0.05).However,there was no obvious difference in the improvement of acid belching,nausea and vomiting and poor appetite between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of syndrome improvement was 90.9%in the treatment group and85.3%in the control group,X_c~2=0.110,P=0.740,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.Eradication rate of Hp:One month after discontinuation of the drug,the Hp clearance rate was 93.9%in the therapeutic group and 82.4%in the matched group,X_c~2=1.178,P=0.278,P>0.05,there was no significant difference in both aspects.3.Serum PG I,PG II and G-17 levels:(1)After treatment,PG I was 128.55±25.52 in the therapeutic group and 143.65±22.49 in the matched group(P=0.031,P<0.05).(2)After treatment,PG II was 9.18±1.86 in the therapeutic group and 10.64±2.20 in the matched group(P=0.002,P<0.05).(3)After treatment,G-17 was 8.44±2.07 in the therapeutic group and 10.59±3.02 in the matched group(P=0.004,P<0.05).The results indicate that Kangfuxin liquid combined with quadruple bactericidal therapy has more advantages in reducing the above gastrointestinal hormone levels.4.Overall efficacy under endoscopy:The total effective rate was 97.0%in the therapeutic group,and 76.5%in the matched group,X_c~2=4.417,P=0.036,P<0.05.The results showed that the treatment group could greatly improve the repair of gastric mucosa under endoscopy.5.The improvement of pathological tissue of gastric mucosa:The total effective rate was 90.9%in the therapeutic group,and 79.4%in the matched group,X_c~2=0.955,P=0.328,P>0.05.6.Safety of Medication:There were no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in the treatment group,and 1 case in each of the patients in the control group with dark stool color and aggravated abdominal distension.Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid combined with quadruple bactericidal therapy has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of HP-related raised erosive gastritis with gastric meridian stasis.Compared with the standard quadruple therapy,Kangfuxin liquid has certain advantages in improving the main clinical symptoms,gastric endoscopic manifestations and gastrointestinal hormone levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions and side effects is low. |
