Observe The Effect On Raised Erosive Gastritis Gastric Mutant P53 And PCNA Treated With Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin

Objective:This study is aim to further observe clinical efficacy of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" treating Raised erosive gastritis.In order to explore the possible mechanism of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin"teating Raised erosive gastritis,we detect the changes of the REG group and The normal control group’s Gastric mucosa mutant P53 protein (P53) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen protein (PCNA) through Immunohistochemistry before and after treatmen.Method:1.We select 36 Raised Erosive Gastritis patients treated with "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin"oral for3months,whoses syndromes met with Inclusion and exclusion criteria at Department of Gastroenterology clinics/wards in our hospital from February2014to December2014. Among 36 cases,except that 3 cases’clinically relevant information is incomplete and 1 case was lost,There are 32 cases sended into the finalstatistical analysis.20 people were selected as the Normal control group whose Liver and kidney function were normal with no heart,lung,brain and other important organs diseases were qualified through the Health Screening Center.Except for observing the adverse reactions, we should observe the change of the syndrorne,endoscopic,morphology pathological,P53 and PCNA expression compared with themselves and the Normal control after treatment.Results:1.Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms (depend on symptom score): ①Metting with the program set,the cure rate is 56.25%;the remarkable effective rate is 25.00%; efficiency is 12.50%; the total effective rate is 93.75%.②Depend on the Full analysis set,the cure rate is 50.00%;the remarkable effective rate is 22.22%; the efficiency is 11.11%; the total effective rate is 83.33%.2.Endoscopy efficacy:①Metting with the program set:the cure rate was 59.375%;the effective rate is 9.375%;the effective rate is 9.375%;the total effective rate was78.125%.②Depend on the Full analysis set,the cure rate is 52.78%;the remarkable effective rate is 8.33%; the efficiency is 8.33%; the total effective rate is 69.44%.3.Pathological efficacy:①Metting with the program set,the cure rate is 18.75%;the remarkable effective rate is 34.375%; the efficiency is 31.25%; the total effective rate is 84.375%.②Depend on the Full analysis set,the cure rate is 16.67%;the remarkable effective rate is 30.56%; the efficiency is 27.78%; the total effective rate is 75.00%.4.Compared with the Normal control group,the P53 and PCNA expression of REG group are more higher(P<0.05).They significantly decreased after treatmen(P<0.05),but were still higher than the Normal control group which There is no difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The curative effect of "Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" for REG is obvious;2.The abnormal expression of P53 and PCNA may play an important role in promoting the occurrence and development of REG;3."Jian Pi Qing Hua San Yu Yin" can significantly reduce the expression level of P53 and PCNA in REG patients.Its therapeutic mechanism may be associated with the regulative mechanism of the expression level of P53 and PCNA.
