Objective:Acupuncture combined with warm moxibustion was used to treat primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis,so as to explore its clinical efficacy. Methods:In this study,60 cases meeting the inclusion criteria of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were selected and divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method. The subjects in the treatment group received acupuncture combined with warming moxibustion apparatus treatment starting 10 days before menstruation, once in two days, and stopped to menstrual period. The control group was given ibuprofen sustained-release capsules once a day,1 tablet each time, which from 1 day before menstruation to 2 days after menstruation. Both groups were treated with 1 menstrual cycle for 1 course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment. The changes of COX retrospective dysmenorrhea Symptom Scale(CMSS score),dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM symptom score, lower abdominal temperature and TCM syndrome elements(uterus, cold and blood stasis)before and after treatment were observed in the two groups and the clinical effect.Results:1.There was no statistical significance in age, course of disease,CMSS score before treatment, dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM symptom score, lower abdominal temperature and TCM syndrome elements(uterus, cold and blood stasis)between the two groups(p > 0.05),which could be compared.2.CMSS score, dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM symptom score: after 3 courses of treatment and during follow-up,CMSS score, dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM symptom score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of infrared thermal imaging examination results: After 3 courses of treatment and during follow-up,the lower abdominal body temperature and TCM syndrome elements(uterus, cold and blood stasis)in the observation group were significantly increased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05),while in the control group, the body temperature of lower abdomen and TCM syndrome elements(uterus, cold and blood stasis)were not significantly increased, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: For short-term efficacy, the total effective rate was93.33% in the observation group and 73.33% in the control group(P<0.01);the effective rate of TCM syndrome was 93.33% in the observation group and 63.33% in the control group(P<0.01).For the long-term efficacy, the total effective rate was93.33% in the observation group and 13.33% in the control group(P<0.01).The effective rate of TCM syndrome was 93.33% in the observation group and 10.00% in the control group(P<0.01).These results indicated that acupuncture combined with warm moxibustion had better efficacy than oral ibuprofen sustained release capsules for both short-term and long-term efficacy, and the above differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with moxibustion moxibustion can not only improve the clinical symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type, but also improve the temperature of the lower abdomen, increase the level of TCM syndrome elements(uterus, cold and blood stasis),and significantly improve the body state.Acupuncture combined with warm moxibustion device moxibustion therapy has clear mechanism and principle, exact therapeutic effect, simple preparation tools, less consumables, low cost, easy operation, less adverse reactions, good clinical effect, and has the value of popularization.
