Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Jiawei Zhenwu Tang In Treating Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

Objective:Observing the healing effectiveness and evaluating the reliabilitysafety of Jiawei Zhenwu Tang in the remedy of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,in the hope of providing correlative suggestions for the clinical remedy of IMN using Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 2021 to October 2022,60 IMN patients meeting the inclusion criteria were choosed from the out-patient and in-patient departments of the Nephrology of Lu’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were sundered into therapy group and comparison group haphazardly,with 30 patients in each group,3 patients falling off,and 57 patients actually completed.Simultaneously,patientsin both groups were given basic treatment(hypotension,diuresis and lipid-regulating,etc.).Patients in the treatment group were treated with the addition of the Jiawei Zhenwu Tang for 4 fortnights.Transcribing the changes of TCM syndrome score,24-hour urine protein content,serum albumin,total TCesterol,triglyceride,interleukin-10,tumor necrosis factor α,anti-M type phospholipase A2 receptor antibody before and after.The data were analysed using statistics,and finally,inquire into and assess the clinical curative effectiveness and reliabilitysafety of IMN treatment with the addition of Jiawei Zhenwu Tang.Results:(1)The total efficacy rate of Chinese medicine symptoms in the treatment group was 86.21%,compared with 53.57%in the control group,and the improvement in the treatment group was much better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The difference in the TCM syndrome points between the two groups before treatment was not significant(P>0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome points decreased in both groups and the difference was significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group after treatment,the TCM syndrome points decreased more significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05).(3)The difference of medical indicators between the two groups was not significant before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the TCM points decreased in both groups and the difference was significant(P<0.05);Compared to the control group after treatment,the TCM points decreased more significantly after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).(4)IL-10 and TNF between the two groups before treatment-α、anti-M type phospholipase A2 receptor antibody had no statistical significance(P>0.05);Two groups of IL-10 and TNF-α、anti-M type phospholipase A2 receptor antibody improved appreciablely after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05)、anti-M type phospholipase A2 receptor antibody was appreciablely improved compared with the comparison group(P<0.05).(5)During the treatment,there was no appreciable abnormality in the biochemical indexes of the two groups of patients and no adverse reactions related to aconite.Conclusion:1.Jiawei Zhenwu Tang can effectively improve the main clinical symptoms of IMN patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency,such as edema,fatigue,chills and chills.2.Jiawei Zhenwu Tang can effectively improve the relevant indexes of 24h UTP,ALB,TC,TG,anti-M type phospholipase A2 receptor antibody,etc.in patients with IMN of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type;Reduce the proteinuria level of patients,which may be related to the fact that Jiawei Zhenwu Tang can regulate IL-10 and TNF-α The secretion of cytokines is related to the influence of immune system.At the same time,it can improve the overall efficacy of IMN of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type and delay the progression of disease.3.Using Jiawei Zhenwu Tang has not been associated with any deterioration in liver or kidney functions and has a good safety profile,which can be further promoted in clinical practice.
