In China, IMN accounting 9.89% of the total number of primary glomerulonephritis ,accounting for two-thirds of membranous nephropathy,IMN have the features of pathogenesis complex, occult disease, clinical progress is slow, delayed healing and so easy to relapse, and there is spontaneous remission and progressive deterioration of renal function and finally to the two end-stage renal disease in the opposite direction of the trend.At present, the treatment time and the choice of treatment for IMN, is no unified conclusion, In the clinical work, the main treatment of IMN is non-immune therapy with immunosuppressive therapy. Non-immune therapy is mainly to regulate diet, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood clotting and the other aspects of the regulation. TCM syndromes:0 cases of clinical remission,3 cases with significant improvements,19 cases with mild improvements,3 cases with no improvements, an overall efficacy rate of 88%. And there was significant difference (P<0.05)3.Other indicators:elevated serum albumin, ides and total cholesterol decreased, have statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions 1. "spleen-kidney deficiency and kidney wind" is IMN’s basic pathogenesis.2."Fuzhengqufengfang" can effectively reduce the 24 hours urinary protein of idiopathic membranous nephropathy3."Fuzhengqufengfan" can enhance patients’s serum albumin, reduce triglycerides, lower total cholesterol. |
