Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Bushen Prescription In The Treatment Of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy During Hormone Maintenance

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of reinforcing spleen and warming kidney method in the treatment of patients with yang deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney with idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods:In the Department of Nephrology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,selected 40 outpatients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy,who applied hormones to maintain the measurement period and met the syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.They were divided into two groups by prospective,randomized,and controlled methods.20 patients in the observation group and the control group.The observation period is 6 months.On the basis of the western medicine standard treatment of the experimental group,the tutor’s method of the reinforcing spleen and warm kidney was added,and the control group was added with Jinshuibao capsule on the basis of Western medicine standard treatment.TCM syndrome scores,clinical symptoms,signs,serum albumin(albumin,ALB),24-hour urine protein quantitation(24-hour total urine protein,24h-UTP),total cholesterol(total cholesterol,TC),Changes in triglycerides(triglycerides,TG)and the number of respiratory infections in the two groups are observed.Results:1.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups after treatment with single scores.The test group was superior to the control group in terms of chills,fatigue,facial expression,lassitude in loins and legs,and there were significant differences(P< 0.05),in the face of loose stools,deficiency of qi and disinclination to talk,less urine,the scores were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).2.After treatment,the levels of ALB 、 24h-UTP in the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.01).The treatment group wassuperior to the control group(P<0.01).3.After treatment,the levels of TC 、 TG in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The treatment group was same to the control group(P>0.05).4.The total clinical efficacy(70%)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(30%)(P<0.01).5.During the study period,the incidence of upper respiratory tract infection in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The prescription of tutor can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy(hormone maintenance metering period)of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and can improve chills,fatigue,facial discoloration,lassitude in loins and legs and anorexia;2.The prescription of tutor can improve the levels of ALB、 24h-UTP.3.The prescription of tutor can reduce the incidence of upper respiratory tract infection in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy(hormone maintenance metering period)of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.
