Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Detoxification Prescription Combined With Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate And Tetracycline In The Treatment Of Rosacea

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of detoxification prescription combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate and tetracycline in the treatment of erythema telangiectasia and papulopustular rosacea.Methods:A total of 64 patients with erythema telangiectasia and papulopustular rosacea who visited the Department of Dermatology,Jiangxi Provincial Dermatology Hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number method,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with detoxification prescription combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate and tetracycline,and the control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate and tetracycline.The total course of treatment was 6 weeks,and the patients were followed up every two weeks.The objective symptom scores of the patients were recorded before and after treatment and at each follow-up visit.The subjective symptom scores and TCM symptom scores were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:Among 64 cases included,3 cases dropped out of the treatment group and 8 cases dropped out of the control group.A total of 53 cases were included,including 29 cases in the treatment group and 24 cases in the control group.The baseline data of the two groups were basically consistent,and the treatment effects of the two groups were comparable.After 6 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of rosacea.The total symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the total efficacy was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%,and the control group was 75%.The efficacy of the treatment group in the treatment of papulopustular rosacea was better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group could significantly improve the objective symptoms such as paroxysmal flushing,telangiectasia and papular pustules,and the relief of paroxysmal flushing and papular pustules was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group could effectively improve the subjective symptoms of patients such as burning sensation,dry tightness,tingling and itching(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the objective symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group began to decrease,and after 6 weeks of treatment,the objective symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group could effectively improve the discomfort symptoms(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:detoxification prescription combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate and tetracycline in the treatment of rosacea has a short course of treatment,rapid effect,significant effect,and few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
