Research On The Management Of Medical Informatization Construction In Qingjiangpu District,Huai’an City

In recent years,our social and economic development is rapid,the material living standard is constantly improving,with the rapid development of computer technology and the increasing proportion of aging population,the public requirements for the quality of medical service are also gradually improving.In the context of limited medical resources,how to solve the problems of uneven distribution of medical resources,low efficiency of primary care,and maximization of meeting the medical needs of the masses has become an urgent problem for the government to solve,and also an important challenge to the improvement of the government’s governance level.Medical informatization is an important carrier to improve the quality and efficiency of medical treatment and patients’ medical experience.How to develop medical informatization is a big issue facing the rulers.This article to cut into the Angle of new public management theory and combining the theory of public policy,based on the medical information development of related literature at home and abroad,including the domestic current situation of the development of medical informatization,commonly used for the construction of the management mode as well as experts and scholars to point out the advantages and disadvantages of the existing model,and analysis of foreign medical information development situation and development trend of the corresponding.Combined with own huaian qingjiang pu district to the region as the research object,and with reference to the domestic other counties development mode,discusses the problems existing in the medical informatization development work in this area,mainly lack of relevant information construction system,the lack of professional information,medical information construction subjective understanding insufficiency,etc.Based on the above problems,the new public management theory and public policy theory are introduced to explain the causes of these problems in the interaction between medical institutions,the competent authorities and the external environment.In view of the existing problems and causes of the analysis,the thesis puts forward the overall improvement of medical information construction countermeasures,namely to increase the establishment of information system and laws;Government-led,strengthen top-level design;Cultivate public awareness of informationization;Strengthening personnel training and standardizing construction standards;Open channels of communication and strengthen interaction and exchanges.The aim of these measures is to solve the problems in the construction and management process of medical informatization,further improve the level of medical informatization,improve the service capacity of medical institutions,and provide better medical services for the residents of the jurisdiction.
