Research On The Function Of Social Medical Institutions Guildinbao’an District,Shenzhen,China

As the window of China’s reform and opening up,Shenzhen has witness great progress made not only in economic and social development,but also in medical and health undertakings in the past 30 years.With the continuous increase of private medical institutions,the difficulty of governance also increases accordingly.Non-Governmental Organizations like medical institutions guild have played an important role in industry self-regulation.This paper takes social medical institutions guild in Bao’an District,which is the earliest established in Shenzhen,as an object of study and stresses on the regional general situation of Bao’an District.This paper aims to find out what role does the guild play in pushing forward the autonomous management of social medical institutions,which is favorable to the progress of health protection.Finally,this paper explores ways to establish,regulate and perfect the operating mechanism of the guild,provides theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of other industry associations and the transformation of government functions,so as to provide better and more efficient medical services for the people.
