| Objective:To observe the effect of fire acupuncture combined with ordinary acupuncture on pain and Cervical spine motion in patients with Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type(CSR).Methods:A total of 66 patients diagnosed with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the Acupuncture Department of our hospital from January 2021 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with fire needling at ashi point and neck Jiaji on the basis of ordinary acupuncture. In the control group, acupuncture was given once every other day,10 times as a course of treatment. In the treatment group, ordinary acupuncture was given once every two days,10 times as a course, and fire needling was combined.Fire needling was given once every two days,7 times as a course. The MPQ pain questionnaire,NDI cervical disability index(NDI),cervical range of motion(ROM)and safety indicators were evaluated before and after one course of treatment in the two groups, and the MPQ pain questionnaire and NDI cervical disability index were followed up and recorded after one month of treatment. Each clinical data was collected and analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software. The pain and local activity changes of CSR in the two groups were compared, and the efficacy differences between the two groups after treatment were compared.Results:1.A total of 66 cases were included in this study,of which 1 case dropped out of the treatment group and no case dropped out of the control group, with a dropout rate of 1.52%.A total of65 cases completed the whole treatment according to the course of treatment.During the treatment, there was 1 case of mild hematoma in each of the 65 patients in the two groups, and the other 63 patients had no symptoms such as dizzy, stagnant needle, bending needle broken, pneumothorax, infection, and burn.2.The MPQ scale scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared.MPQ pain questionnaire of the two groups: intra-group comparison(P<0.05),the difference was significant after treatment, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the pain of CSR patients was significantly reduced after treatment; The MPQ score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).3.The cervical range of motion of the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment: the cervical range of motion of the treatment group was improved after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The range of motion of cervical spine in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after a course of treatment.4.The cervical disability index(NDI)of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment was compared: the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the cervical disability index NDI score of CSR patients was significantly reduced after treatment; The cervical disability index score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).5.The overall effective rate of the two groups after treatment was calculated. The results showed that the scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the overall effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Both fire needling combined with ordinary acupuncture and simple ordinary acupuncture can effectively relieve cervical pain and improve the activity of CSR patients.2.Fire needling combined with ordinary acupuncture is superior to simple ordinary acupuncture in relieving local pain and improving activity of CSR patients, and its overall effective rate is also higher than that of ordinary acupuncture. |
