Study On Community Public Health Services In City A Of Sichuan Province

With the rapid development of social economy,the public has higher and higher requirements for public health facilities and service level.Although government agencies and functional departments have invested heavily in improving the quality of public services,they can no longer meet the people’s growing demand for public health services due to the imbalance of grass-roots medical resources,imperfect medical system,chaotic management,lack of supervision and publicity and other reasons.As a mega city in Western China,city a has actively responded to the call of the Party Central Committee,continuously launched relevant policies,made great efforts to accelerate the development of public health services,and greatly improved the internal and external environment of public health services.However,many problems have also been highlighted in this process,which are universal at present.Therefore,it is of high value to analyze the problems of grass-roots public health services in a city.By consulting literature,this paper understands the research status in this field at home and abroad.Taking city a of Sichuan Province as an example,this paper uses a questionnaire to investigate the service content,medical conditions,charging standard,personnel quality and hospital scale of community hospitals.At the same time,it visits the health committee of city a and randomly selects five community hospitals in the main urban area to explore the current situation of public health services in city a in various ways,It is found that community public health service institutions have some practical problems,such as poor medical resources,insufficient financial support,chaotic internal management,lack of publicity and supervision,imperfect service system and so on.After careful analysis of the deep-seated reasons behind the problems,it is found that the lack of living space for private health service institutions,insufficient government support,low economic compensation,limited development space of community hospitals,difficult retention of talents,and the lack of reasonable and effective assessment and internal supervision mechanism are the main factors causing various problems in community hospitals.In this regard,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions: using diversified mechanism to enrich the connotation of community medical subject;Strengthen government responsibility and increase public investment;Improve the treatment guarantee of community medical personnel,strengthen talent training and open up promotion channels;Improve the internal supervision,supervision and evaluation mechanism;Further improve the community public health service system.The relevant countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper have certain practical significance for gradually improving the realistic situation of low quality and poor effect of community public health services in city a,and truly implementing the convenience and benefit policy of medical grounding and service into the family,so as to provide theoretical reference for relevant functional departments to improve the existing medical system.
