Research On The Supply Of Community Public Health Services For The Elderly

With the rapid development of social economy,China's population quality is constantly improving,and the average life expectancy is constantly extending,which corresponds to the rapid growth of the number of elderly groups;with the deepening of the construction of service-oriented government,basic public health service projects are constantly launched,and service projects with high correlation with the elderly groups,such as elderly health management,chronic disease management and family doctors,etc With the deepening of government efficiency construction and the growing demand of the elderly,the implementation of public health projects still lags behind the expected goals.How to solve the consistency between the supplier and the demander and improve the quality and efficiency of the relevant projects of the elderly is an urgent need to answer a practical problem.The service items of the elderly are undertaken by the community health service center.For this reason,Nanjing x community health service center is selected for in-depth investigation,and the service-oriented government theory,welfare pluralism theory and social embeddedness theory are comprehensively used for analysis,in order to find out the path and method to solve the existing problems.Through investigation and research,community public health services for the elderly need to make efforts from two aspects of supply and demand,focusing on the following aspects: first,we need to continue to promote the construction of government functions.We will increase investment in community health service centers,and continue to improve the level of software and hardware construction in community health service centers.We should strengthen the construction of the talent team in the community health service center,systematically think,long-term plan and scientific arrangement,and constantly improve the policies and mechanisms for the training,appointment and access of public health talents.Secondly,we should deepen the reform of quality control.Strict quality standards,detailed quantitative service items,improvement of assessment methods,introduction of third-party assessment,continuous reform of performance measures,strict assessment results.Third,efforts should be made to play the role of the elderly and their families.Open up ideas,stimulate the two main roles of the community and the elderly,and increase children's participation in the basic public health services of the elderly.Fourth,we should actively promote the formation of a pattern of multi-party participation.Encourage more social forces to provide medical services for the elderly,and encourage more social volunteers to join the health services for the elderly.
