Objectives To observe the clinical effect of five-thread and seven-needle exercise therapy on lower limb motor dysfunction after ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 48 patients with lower limb motor dysfunction after cerebral infarction who were consulted by acupuncture and moxibus department of Hebei Provincial People’s Hospital and other departments were selected and randomly divided into 24 treatment groups and 24 control groups by drawing lots. The treatment group was treated with five-line and seven-needle exercise therapy, while the control group was treated with national standard head acupuncture therapy.Only the head acupoint selection was different between the two groups, and the body acupuncture acupoint selection and other operations were consistent. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Fugl-meyer lower extremity motor function score(FMA),modified Barthel index score(MBI)and Berg Balance Scale score(BBS)of the two groups were observed and compared before,2 and 4weeks after treatment, respectively,to analyze the treatment effect of the two groups.SPSS23.0 was used for data analysis. Results 1 The baseline data of the two groups were compared, that is,gender, age and course of disease.P > 0.05 was calculated, indicating that the general data of the two groups were comparable.2 FMA score results: Repeat measure anova was performed on the scores of the two groups of patients, and FMA scores of the two groups at the same time were compared,P > 0.05 was obtained before treatment, indicating that the scores of the two groups at that time could be compared. After 2 weeks of treatment,P < 0.05,indicating that the score improvement effect of the treatment group was more obvious compared with the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment,P > 0.05,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.3 Through repeated measurement anova, the FMA score was tested for the effect of factors in the group. The results showed that the interaction effect P < 0.05,indicating that the interaction between different therapies and time was significant, and the time effect P was also less than 0.05,indicating that the score of patients after treatment was improved than before treatment. The results of inter-group test showed that P < 0.05,indicating that different therapies had an impact on FMA score.4 MBI and BBS scoring results: Repeated measurement anova was performed on the scores of patients in the two groups, and the results were consistent with FMA scoring results.MBI and BBS scores of the two groups at the same time were compared respectively, and P > 0.05 was obtained before treatment, indicating that the scores of the two groups at this period could be compared. After 2 weeks of treatment,P < 0.05,indicating that the score improvement effect of the treatment group was more obvious compared with the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment,P > 0.05,there was no statistical difference between the two groups. The results of intra-group factor effect test showed that all P of interaction effects were less than 0.05,indicating significant interaction between different therapies and time, and all P of time effect were less than0.05,indicating that the score of patients after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment. The results of inter-group test showed that P < 0.05,indicating that different therapy had an impact on the two scores.5 Curative effect analysis: Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups, the total effective rate of the treatment group was92.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 79.2%,indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was significant compared with the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions 1 In the treatment of lower limb motor dysfunction after cerebral infarction, the five-line seven-needle exercise therapy and the national standard head acupuncture therapy have obvious improvement effect.2 Compared with the national standard head acupuncture, the five-line and seven-needle exercise therapy has a significant effect on improving the limb motor function in a short period of time, but after 4 weeks of treatment, there is no significant difference in the efficacy of the two methods.Figure 3;Table 9;Reference 104...
