Objectives To observe the clinical effect of five-line seven-needle exercise therapy on upper limb motor dysfunction of ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion, and other departments of Hebei Province People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. The two groups were treated with conventional medical basic treatment, the control group was treated with national standard head acupuncture therapy, and the treatment group was treated with five-line seven-needle exercise therapy. The two groups had the same acupuncture methods, needle twirling, needle retaining time and other operations except for the difference in the acupoint location of head acupuncture.A total of 4 weeks treatment, observation before and after treatment for 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment in the two groups patients Fugl-Meyer movement function score(FMA)(upper part),Wolf movement function score(WMFT)and Modified barthel index score(MBI)change, the five-line seven-needle exercise therapy to treat ischemic stroke evaluate objectively the clinical curative effect of upper limb motor dysfunction. Results 1 Comparison of general data of patients in the two groups: there was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease and other aspects between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2 Comparison of Fugl-Meyer motor function scores of patients in the two groups: Repeated measurement analysis of variance was performed on Fugl-Meyer motor function scores of patients in the two groups before treatment,2 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment. The time effect P < 0.05,indicating that Fugl-Meyer motor function scores of all patients had significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment. Before treatment, the scores of the two groups were P > 0.05,showed no statistically significant difference, indicating that the scores of the two groups were comparable before treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of patients in the two groups were P < 0.05,showed a statistically significant difference, indicating that the improvement of Fugl-Meyer motor function scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.After4 weeks of treatment, the scores of patients in the two groups were P > 0.05,showed no statistically significant difference, indicating that the improvement of Fugl-Meyer motor function scores in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group after 4weeks of treatment.3 Comparison of Wolf motor function scores in the two groups:Repeated measurement analysis of variance was performed on Wolf motor function scores in the two groups before treatment,2 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment. The time effect P < 0.05,indicating that Wolf motor function scores of all patients had significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment. Before treatment, the scores of the two groups were P > 0.05,showed no statistically significant difference, indicating that the scores of the two groups were comparable before treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of patients in the two groups were P < 0.05,showed a statistically significant difference, indicating that the improvement of Wolf motor function scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of patients in the two groups were P > 0.05,showed no statistically significant difference, indicating that the improvement of Wolf motor function scores in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment.4 Comparison of Modified barthel index scores of patients in the two groups: Repeated measurement analysis of variance was conducted for modified Barthel index scores of patients in the two groups before treatment,2 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment. The time effect P < 0.05,indicating that modified Barthel index scores of all patients had significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment. Before treatment, the scores of the two groups were P > 0.05,showed no statistically significant difference, indicating that the scores of the two groups were comparable before treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of patients in the two groups were P < 0.05,showed a statistically significant difference, indicating that the improvement of modified Barthel index scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of patients in the two groups were P > 0.05,showed no statistically significant difference, indicating that the improvement of modified Barthel index scores in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment. Conclusions 1 five-line seven-needle exercise therapy and national standard head acupuncture therapy can improve the ischemic stroke of upper limb dysfunction FuglMeyer score,Wolf score and Modified barthel index score.2 After 2 weeks of treatment,five-line seven-needle exercise therapy curative effect significantly better than national standard head acupuncture therapy,After 4 weeks of treatment,five-line seven-needle exercise therapy and national standard head acupuncture therapy difference is not obvious.3 Five-line seven-needle exercise therapy has the characteristics of safety, simplicity and efficiency, which is suitable for further clinical application and in-depth study.Figure 3;Table 8;Reference 105... |
