Objective : To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with Lokomat lower limb robot on lower limb motor dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:Sixty patients with cerebral infarction motor dysfunction in lower limbs were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine medical treatment and nursing. On this basis, the control group used Lokomat lower limb robot for rehabilitation training, and the treatment group used scalp acupuncture on the basis of the control group, and the lower limb robot rehabilitation training was carried out during the process of scalp acupuncture retention.Patients in both groups were treated once a day,6 times a week, for a total of 6weeks.The FAC,BBS,FMA score and MBI index of the affected side of the lower extremity of the two groups of patients were recorded before treatment and 2 weeks,4weeks,and 6 weeks after treatment, and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Comparison of general data and scales before treatment: the two groups of patients have no statistical difference in general data and related scale scores before treatment(all P>0.05),and they are comparable.2.Comparison within the group: Compare the FAC,BBS score,FMA score and MBI index of the affected side of the two groups of patients with the same group: after 2 weeks of treatment compared with before treatment,4 weeks compared with 2 weeks,6 weeks compared with 4 weeks,The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05),indicating that the two treatment programs can improve walking, balance, lower limb function and daily living ability in patients with cerebral infarction, and continuous treatment can further improve the clinical efficacy.3.Comparison between groups: After 2 weeks of treatment, the FAC,FMA score and MBI index of the affected side of the lower extremity of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group(all P<0.05).The BBS score of the treatment group was slightly higher than that of the control group, but there was no statistical difference.(P>0.05);after 4 and 6 weeks of treatment, the FAC,BBS,FMA score and MBI index of the affected side of the lower extremity in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The two treatment methods of Lokomat rehabilitation training and scalp acupuncture combined with Lokomat rehabilitation training can improve the walking, balance, lower limb function and daily life ability of patients with cerebral infarction, and the clinical effect of the latter is better than the former, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.2.After 2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment with the two methods, the FAC,BBS,FMA score and MBI index of the affected side of the lower extremity continued to increase, which indicates that continuous rehabilitation treatment can improve the patient’s walking, balance, motor function and daily life ability Has important clinical significance. |
