Arrangement And Research Of Dermatosis In Bamboo And Silk Medical Manuscripts

Objective:1.Comprehensively sort out the dermatology-related literature written on bamboo and silk in the Qin and Han dynasties,and establish a database to provide reliable and accurate basic materials for the compilation of traditional Chinese medicine literature and dermatological research.2.Explain the name of the disease recorded at that time,and study its cause and treatment.3.Through this project,we will summarize the achievements in dermatology of the Qin and Han dynasty bamboo slips and silks,and supplement and perfect the early research on the history of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 1.Document collation: Comprehensive collection the relevant documents of dermatosis record in bamboo and silk medical books,and summarize and classify them.Pay attention to the trend of new materials and timely research related materials.2.Comprehensive analysis: using the theories of traditional Chinese medicine to analyze the dermatological theorem in bamboo and silk medical books,summarize the symptoms and causes of the dermatosis,and explore the characteristics of its medical prescriptions and common prescriptions,which to help the treatment of clinical skin diseases.3.Comparesstudy : Bycomparing with the dermatological contents of the medical books "Huang di Nei jing" and "Treatise on Febrile Miscellaneous Diseases",it explores the level of early medical cognition and supplements the content of early TCM dermatology.Results : It is now sorted out that there are 23 kinds of skin diseases contained in the bamboo and silk medical books,with 29 disease names involved,and about 110 well-preserved medical prescriptions.Among these medical prescriptions,there are 92 medical prescriptions using external treatment,14 medical prescriptions using Zhuyoufang,and only4 medical prescriptions using internal treatment.There are about 118 kinds of drugs used to treat skin diseases,including about 60 kinds of plant drugs,about 438 kinds of animal drugs,about 16 kinds of mineral drugs,and 4 kinds of utensil drugs.Compared with Huang Di Nei Jing,the understanding of dermatosis is not deep enough in the bamboo and silk medical manuscripts.Compared with Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases in the bamboo and silk medical manuscripts lacks records of pulse diagnosis and poor prognosis.Conclusions: Based on the above research,we can clarify the specific meaning of the names of skin diseases at that time.Through the naming characteristics of skin diseases at that time,we know that their understanding of dermatosis is still in a superficial stage,and lack of understanding of etiology and pathology.At that time,the treatment of skin diseases was mainly based on external governance and Zhu Youfang accounted for only a small part,indicating that his understanding of skin diseases has gradually got rid of the influence of witch doctors.The prescriptions used in its treatment are mainly botanicals and animal medicines,most of which are common medicines in daily life and are easy to obtain.
