Objective:By collecting and sorting out the contents of "Gui"prescriptions in the bamboo and silk medical books.A literature database of"Gui" prescriptions in the bamboo and silk medical books was established to provide basic materials for the collation of TCM literature.This paper sums up and analyzes the application of "Gui" prescriptions in bamboo and silk medical books,so as to explore the clinical value.This paper makes a comprehensive study of the names of "Gui" drugs,which were recorded in the bamboo and silk medical books,and makes clearly the specific references of them.To further explore the compatibility and application of "Gui" drugs in bamboo and silk medical books,and summarize the compatibility law and characteristics of clinical application of "Gui" drugs in Qin and Han Dynasties.To explore the inheritance origin of "Gui" in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and miscellaneous diseases,to clarify the inheritance and evolution of early prescriptions,and give full play to the special research value of "Gui"in bamboo and silk medical books.Methods:1.Document arrangement:Comprehensive collection of"Gui" prescriptions were recorded in bamboo and silk medical books,at the same time,I will do a good job in planning and processing the new materials of the bamboo and silk medical documents.I will bring them which were related literatures into the research scope in time.And I will do induction,classification,arrangement and other work,so as to establish the database of the bamboo and silk medical documents.2.Comprehensive analysis:By using the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to identify the name of "Gui"in the medical books of bamboo and silk,and clarify the relationship between the name and physical substances of the species of drugs of "Gui".3.Data mining:By using the computer database and information retrieval method to study the "Gui" prescriptions were recorded in the bamboo and silk medical books,and find out the compatibility and application rules of the "Gui"prescriptions.4.Comparative study:To compare the contents of "Gui" in bamboo and silk medical books and treatise on febrile diseases,and to explore the inheritance relationship of early medical books.Results:1.Currently,there are 56 articles of "Gui" prescriptions in bamboo and silk medical books,including 67 "Gui" prescriptions and 3 "Gui"medicines.These prescriptions are widely used in the fields of disease and health care.2."Mei Gui" is high quality of cassia or cinnamon;"Jun Gui" is cinnamon;The "Gui" is the general name of cassia and cinnamon.3.By analyzing the results of data mining,which are 10 drugs with high frequency in "Gui" medicine.The relevant rules of the two drugs with 100%confidence were 10 groups,and the relevant rules of the three drugs were 6 groups.Some prescriptions have good curative effect that are still used in clinic by doctors.Through in-depth analysis of the provisions of "Gui" prescriptions,we will know there are similarities and relationship between bamboo and silk medical books and Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellane Diseases in the aspects of disease cognition.Conclusion(s):Basing on the above research on "GUI" in the bamboo and silk books,we can know that there were many kinds of "GUI"drugs in this period,which were widely used.The medical prescriptions involved many fields and some of them still had excellent curative effect.Moreover,it has a certain inheritance relationship with Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellane Diseases,which was regarded as the ancestor of medical prescription,and provided some ideas for future clinical application.Therefore,"Gui" prescriptions have important research value in the clinical and history of traditional Chinese medicine and other related fields,which were in the bamboo and silk medical books.
